1. When we got there at 5, our room still was not ready, even though "Check-In" is at 3, we had to sit around until almost 5:30 to get into our room. If we had arrived at 3 for normal scheduled check-in, would we have to sit around for 2-1/2 hours until the room was cleaned? Yes, I was bothered by this.
2. Cracks in ceiling of room, I can only assume from the building "settling," but I'm not an engineer or architect. Maybe maintenance does a little spackle/paint so it doesn't provide the appearance of disrepair.
3. If you are going to purchase a "universal" remote for the television, make sure it has everything a client wants, specifically, a sleep timer. Every night I set the timer on the remote, but wasn't able to that night.
While the hotel was decent, I was just really put off by the little things. I had just driven 10 hours, and the last thing I want to do is wait for my room to be ready, when in fact it should have been ready 2 hours previously.
Pretty easy to get to and not too far from restaurants, etc.
