Pretty easy to get to and not too far from restaurants, etc.

    1. When we got there at 5, our room still was not ready, even though "Check-In" is at 3, we had to sit around until almost 5:30 to get into our room. If we had arrived at 3 for normal scheduled check-in, would we have to sit around for 2-1/2 hours until the room was cleaned? Yes, I was bothered by this. 2. Cracks in ceiling of room, I can only assume from the building "settling," but I'm not an engineer or architect. Maybe maintenance does a little spackle/paint so it doesn't provide the appearance of disrepair. 3. If you are going to purchase a "universal" remote for the television, make sure it has everything a client wants, specifically, a sleep timer. Every night I set the timer on the remote, but wasn't able to that night. While the hotel was decent, I was just really put off by the little things. I had just driven 10 hours, and the last thing I want to do is wait for my room to be ready, when in fact it should have been ready 2 hours previously.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed room and bathroom. Good bed, sheets and pillows.

Breakfast was too crowded to maneuver easily and seemed understaffed. The reading light above the easy chair needs to be brighter. The shower faucet was a bit difficult.

This our 4th stay at this hotel and we will stay here again. Our daughter is a student at West Texas A&M and we stay here when we are visiting her.

Nothing, it's a great place to stay.

Pretzels and other crumbs under the bed! Hard mattress. The only view from our second-floor window was the roof!
