How friendly all the staff were from the front desk to the cleaning staff they always had a friendly smilee and a welcome hello.

Thank you, very please with stuff, drivers was very helpfull and courteus. Location is exellent too. Thank you, we are deffinatly will be in this hotel again. Loud noise in hallway at night from other room, but as soon as I call to front desk all was good after. Great hotel again, thank you.

It was in an excellent location for the airport & shopping. The beds are soooooooooooooooo comfortable & the staff were very cheerful & helpful. Our room was very near the ice machine & it was in use a lot. Not bad enough for us to want to move rooms though.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Free shuttle to/from nearby shopping and restaurants. The room was large and luxurious. Very comfortable bed. Felt super safe as a single female traveling alone. My A/C had been set at 64 degrees F in the room so it was super cold. I turned it off by unplugging it; then, I could not get it to come back on when the temp crept up a bit. Not a big deal, but they may want to put room temp at 78 degrees F or so....
