Staff were great; the breakfast staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The room was nice.

It was hard to regulate the water temp in shower and the mattress was quite saggy.

It was clean, easy to find, near Mall of America. Staff was helpful.

The shuttle to the moa was nice but it was a bit crowded.

The billing was unclear. Initial charges were put on our card for possible charges that we may have incurred. We did not incur any charges, so it was a surprise to see it on our online checking statement.

Staff kept forgetting to pick up people. Never clean towels. Staff spoke a differet language then English. Heat was stuck on in most rooms everyone was complaining. Check in times were differet then website. Paring lot was icy and snow covered and they did not clear the roads.

The breakfast selection was outstanding. Best I have seen in hotels such as this.

No automated front door. All patrons struggled getting luggage in and out. This DEFINITELY needs to be updated.

Facilities were great, staff was even better.

It is so close to a lot of places. You can walk or they have a shuttle. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is so nice.

The bed pillows are not comfortable. They changed them from the last time I was there.

Location, price, access to freeways, friendly staff, surprisingly good Continental Breakfast, Cosmopolitan and friendly clientele. 'Even considering the negatives, we will come again.

In-room thermostat did NOT work, so we had to turn OFF the furnace. Could not get the fan to work to circulate air unless heat was turned ON. We reported this to the front desk, and a visit was made by a technician (according to a note left in the room) but nothing was changed. Discussion with some other guests indicated the same problem in other rooms, and I was surprised to find that they had opened their windows to cool off. I was surprised to find that, even on the sixth floor, that I could open the widows, which strikes me as a safety problem, because there were young children on our floor. Also, soundproofing is needed.

I like the new carpeting in the hallways. The room was great as well as the staff.

Under construction and carpeted floors by elevators where full of debris. Pool was closed. There should have been a discounted price for the stay or at least notice that it was under construction. The breakfast was great for the most part, but the eggs where not. We stay at Holiday Inn Express all the time and we will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Large and ample parking in a safe lot. Morning breakfast well organized and maintained, Room appointments (except for the 1 cup coffee maker). Very polite and helpful staff.

After a long day scurrying around the shopping malls it would have been very nice and convenient if there was an evening lounge where adults could relax with a beverage vice going out for a drink. An hour in the evening reserved at the pool side for adults only is needed. The pool and spa were brimming with children each evening until close down. The noise and commotion made the area quite undesirable. On check-out I opted to settle my room bill in cash. The staff seemed surprised that I did not want to leave it on my credit card but happily took my cash, however, they failed to give me a receipt showing I had settled my bill in any manner. I now wait for my credit card bill to double check.

Transport to airport - driver was friendly

It was being remodeled and I was not aware of this when booking this hotel. The halls were a mess, the room was outdated, not extremely clean, and I did not feel extremely safe. I would not have stayed here for the price if I had known it was being remodeled.

We were shopping at the Mall of America and it was close. The hotel is clean and the breakfast option was good.

The location is ideal if you plan to shop at the Mall of America or if you are planning to use the airport.

The Hotel is in desperate need of being updated.

It was very clean .... only thing was the bathroom didn't really get picked up till I left a note to do the linens

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. Fantastic shuttle to the Mall of America that ran automatically on the hour. Location was easy to access. Free off street parking.

Vending/ice was only available on two floors. This was problematic as the hotel was booked up the night I was there with several buses of kids - who were using the elevators in a constant flow to the pool. It was also quite noisy all night - even though our room was on the ground floor near the front desk. It was disappointing that the hotel staff were unable to control the guests. I would have enjoyed our stay that much more if we were able to get a decent night's sleep and felt able to use the pool/spa and exercise room. Perhaps weekday nights are better.

The breakfast was phenominal, pool/hot tub were nice. Room pretty nice And staff was great!

Mattress covers came off, couldn't rent movies In the room. No food options on premises.
