Clean, really nice staff & great free breakfast!
excellent breakfast and service. Young lady doing the servicing did excellent job keeping up with heave demands.
Parking is limited on property. Secondary parking is across a busy street
Loved that the hotel was so close to the T and the mall.
Good breakfast. I'm happy with fast wifi at hotel
Parking lot is always packed
Service was great and the staff were really helpful. Nice large room and decent breakfast.
Was a little far from the city but the train is only a few blocks away so it is pretty easy to get to.
The heat didn't work well, we asked worker to repair it for twice but it still blows cold wind occasionally
Comfortable rooms, clean, spacious, 2 x twin beds for solo traveller not heard of in the UK! Good location for going into centre. 'T' close by, also Galleria shopping mall, Excellent helpful staff. I would stay here again. Thank you
Newly renovated Great rooms, very modern Great staff
Bath tub was the only part of the room not renovated and should have been.
Free Parking Complimentary breakfast Walking distance to the "T" Spacious room
Room was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny. Walls were thin as I could hear other guests inside their room and across the hall when in the room.
The location is great for both Cambridge and also the City centre as you can be in the centre of Boston in 15 minutes from leaving the hotel.
Avoid if you like to think of yourself as being green. The cutlery, plates and cups used for breakfast all end up in the bin afterwards and are not recycled. The breakfast is quite basic too
Close proximity to Cambridgeside Galleria and Logan airport
No other amenities within walking distance
Close to T and river, included breakfast, bed comfort
Breakfast Metro & bus reasonable distance
Hotel in need of face lift. Bathroom ceiling peeling. Bath so tatty that a mat covered the base. IHG members beware, the value of your stay will not be counted. Shortage of restaurants open after 9 locally
facilities were adequate, the people were all nice, and the breakfast was better than I expected for a budget hotel.
Location a gritty part of east Cambridge across from a car wash. price was extremely high $300+ for low end experience.
Good room size & very comfortable bed.Location close to transport system for travelling into central Boston.
Expensive for what it is.Breakfast ok but little hot choices.Room at front of hotel very noisy as hotel is on a busy highway.
Staff extremely informative and helpful. Good breakfast. Room was great with good facilities. Only five min walk to local subway which was very easy to locate and use and only 20minutes away from city centre.
Didn't find any faults.
Comfortable room, bed and air conditioning. Stable internet. Within 15 minutes walk of Cambridgeshire Mall, 5 minutes from Lechmere Station, and 15 minutes from Community Colledge T Stop. Shaw's supermarket is round the corner.
No stairs to walk up and down but only lifts. Most mornings and evenings, staff did not greet you except the occassional stare. Asked for a list of all room charges upto the night before of my stay, and the lady at reception became angry and shouted at me that this was not possible until I explained to her that another colleague was able to provide this the week before. There were a couple of members of staff which were really friendly.
- way too expensive for its level -Complimentary breakfast is truly low quality
no laundry room
We loved the quiet room, and the suite we had was roomy with a good room layout. Breakfast was good, the staff did a great job of not running out of food, even during really busy times. The hotel was very close to the train, which made getting around very easy.
We didn't love the neighborhood, kind of sketchy after dark. We also we dissapointed that there wasn't a pool, or a workout room. For the money I expected at least a modest fitness room.
Everything was great other than the checkout time.
Check-out is at 11 am which's somehow early.
We liked the fact that there was a lovely park and playground within walking distance of the hotel for the kids to play in. The hotel is kid friendly
The fact that the breakfast wasn't as good on Sunday as on Saturday. Money saver?
