Each and every staff member was incredibly helpful and cordial. I frequent Boston to bring my son to Mass General Hospital..I will stay at this hotel from now on!! I have never been treated with great respect and kindness.

The convience of the hotel next to td garden. The staff was very helpfull and professional . And our room was very accommodating with a view and convience to the elevator.

I didn't get the room I booked - one of my children had to sleep on the floor, as there were no cots. I had to call three times and had to fight to get extra blankets - they arrived at the room at 11:30 P.M.

The staff and hotel provided excellent "extra" gifts and services on Boston Marathon weekend. They went out of their way to be helpful with directions, water, etc.

Obviously, the building is an older unit and does not have the ambiance of a newer property. Very high cost, even though it was in Boston on Marathon weekend.

Excellent location, can walk to anywhere in the city from hotel. T, public transport accross the road. Breakfast was hot and good.

Dont be late for breakfast, they clear early!! A light in the kitchen area would be essential.

Expemsive parking fee wasn't said prior to reservation. Not enough lighting in the room if needed.

Our room was across from Sullivan's Tap and it was way too noisy!!!!

I thought the price of the room was a great value. Parking cost was high, but was very thankful for the valet service.

We stayed in room 319, the room was clean but was extremley hot. We set the thermostat to 60 degrees before going out for the day/evening and still needed to have the window open while we slept as it was still very hot in the room. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel is not enough as it takes awhile to replenish.

When I made my reservation on the hotel's website it said $89 included taxes. Upon checking out, a tax was added to the bill. The hotel's website also stated that shuttle service from the airport was available without a charge. When I contacted the hotel I was told that service wasn't available and never had been. I took a cab to the hotel from the airport and was ripped off by by driver who charged me $50 for the fare. The information on the website was inaccurate and misleading.
