bed and that it was near TD Garden
Room very old no view floor had a hole under the rug at the computer desk was not worth the price paid over 400.00 for 1 night over priced, furniture looks like is was bought at a flea market.
Loved the location! Staff was wonderful- all 3 shifts we saw! Clean comfy room Valet was quick and easy
It was very clean and the staff was great!!!
The bruins game!
We had a homeless man trying to break in all night, our toilet didn't work and consierge handed us a plunger!!! valet time was horrible and the overnight staff could have cared less about our toilet didn't work!
The hotel funded me 50$ more for the security deposit. Although they said that they will refund back, they didn't. I've been waiting the refund nearly for a month. This is really disaster.
Very noisy location.
The bed, vallets were very respectful and kind.
Neighbors were very noisey and loud at all hours of the night. The hotel does not notify you have to pay a 50$ fee to make sure we did not damage the room, which should have been told to me before checking in.
Great location comfy bed staff was excellent
Couldn't figure out thermostat room was a sauna all night
View of TD garden
The short distant from the train station/ TD Garden was very convenient for us. Our motel was smack dab in the middle of countless eateries. We dined at an Italian restaurant, Al Dente's. It was superb! The breakfast Holiday Inn served was AWESOME! The only thing I wish Holiday Inn would have done was call a cab for us. Many motels do that automatically. We will definitely stay there again!
Wish they would automatically offer to call a cab for their customers.
The breakfast options and the coffee maker and the apparent cleanliness of the room, as well as the many channels on the television.
Some of the quality of the options was lacking, like the mattress and soaps.
We had a room in 4th flor (418). The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is 50 meters from TD Garden arena and 50 meters from subway station.
Its a little bit noisy, when someone walks in corridor. And when your neighbors opens the door at rooms next to you, its loud and at first you have a feeling that they are opening the doors from your room, but by the time you get used to that.
Very clean room,, good value,,, convient location,,, all in all,,, very good experience....
A small refrigerator in rooms would be a welcome plus....
Denzel front desk staff great he checked us in early our room was ready. Very nice staff even breakfast attendant.
Lots of bars nearby for the single traveller
Very convenient to the Garden, North End and Haymarket.
Very slow check in - room was not ready and waited 45mins. lots of bars and nightlife around so it was very noisey
very friendly staff, really helpful and proactive welcome message on the notepad in the room, from "Esperanza" close to public transport (North Station) and to trolley route
colour of the walls in the aisles gryish- yellow, sad
This is a party hotel. Fun, raucous, adventurous.
If looking for relaxation and peace, find somewhere else
This hotel was ideally situated for our needs, very comfortable. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was equally very good.
I just must point out that when I booked I was expecting to pay on arrival, however they charged me, thus incurring a late fee, interest and sterling conversion on my credit card which when I had booked for four of us was quite a bit extra. Naughty when they say in all probability it is free cancellation and you will pay on arrival. Other than that vey very good.
Buffet breakfast included in price - unpretentious and quick - ideal for fast get out for sightseeing! Free Wifi - no bull.... great for planning and communication. Good spacious bathrooms.
Minor point - corridor decor is a little tired but the rooms are fine.
Nothing. Very run down area and very run down hotel, so unlike the Holiday Inn Express company.
The carpets were all fraying at the seams, and the decor was very drab. The breakfast was ok, but it finished dead on 9.30am with nothing left. The view from our bedroom was a dilapidated brick wall with rusty scaffolding. The title of the Holiday Inn Express Boston Garden would have indicated it was surrounded by Gardens to normal travellers, but the Garden was an Arena for Ice Hockey fans and when we arrived by taxi at 11.30 pm we couldn't believe that this was a holiday Inn Express, it resembled a hostel for drop outs.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast although in a small area was well organised and had several choices - all we needed. The hotel was opposite the tourist bus stop, the train station and near some shops and restaurants
The view from the room but we had asked for a quiet room so were given one at the back. Preferred that to a room with a view but facing the street.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first trip to Boston with our teenage children. The staff were wonderful to us.
Dimly lit hallways, very loud guests at very late hours made it hard to sleep. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and there was also a small kitchen. Breakfast was rich and delicious! The hotel is close to North Station, so you can easily reach any point in and out of Boston. I would definitely recommend it!
