The t.v.'s doesn't come with enough channels.

I would like to compliment Alecia (sorry if spelled wrong) she was working the front desk always smiled and was very happy and helpful.

Small kids upstairs running around could be heard easily but not the fault of the hotel just bad parents.

It was very clean, breakfast was very good, our grand daughter loved the pool (inside).

Apparently the walls are not contructed very well - in between rooms. You can hear people having a normal conversation!! More so at the party times!.

Stayed at this hotel for one night only but it was a pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean, so was the bathroom with complimentary amenities. It only takes a few minutes by car to the downtown area and restaurants. Check-in was quick and the staff was very nice and professional.

The only thing I didn´t like was the loud AC ... woke me up once or twice during the night.

Hidden parking charges. They charge 3.00/day but this is not disclosed until you receive your bill. Parking lot has multiple signs that state "courtesy parking".

Overall, very nice accommodations. Would like to see shuttle to downtown, as we spent a lot in parking fees (in town on anniversary)....also, cable had limited programs - for the money, should have unlimited channels. Staff were very nice and courteous!

Convennience

Had way too many mess ups. We changed rooms 3 times. House keeping barged in while we were still in the room. They double booked our room. After we had gone to bed someone else was given our room and tried to come in.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the City Diner, where the motto is Good food and lots of it. They were right on both counts. Located right next to an excellent Mazda dealer. Minutes from the major attractions at Lookout Mountain. Gratis Parking. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and polite staff.

That we could not stay longer. There is so much more to see than we realized. Especially the National Tow truck museum which is a must see.

Loved the style of room and that they served hot as well as cold breakfast options.

No complaints about anything.

Truly enjoyed my stay, young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. Breakfast was excellent, rooms nice and clean. The bed was wonderful. Didnt have my favorite tv station buy who cares. Can't wait to stay again!!

Professional, friendly staff, very clean and modern room and also very spacious, free wifi and comfortable beds and 3 dollar parking is a bargin. The location is a little out of the way but a 20min swift stroll will get you to the Walnut bridge

A very comfortable, clean,well-managed Holiday Inn. Fairly good location with free parking. Quite pricey but I guess that is the norm for any city these days.

Good selection for breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. We were traveling by boat and didn't realize how far away we were from the dock, but if this hotel were closer, we would choose to stay there again. Would recommend hotel to other friends that would be driving. Best price we could find on line, staff was friendly.

Not as close to area we wanted, but the price was best we could find on line. Just had to walk little extra. At check out, huge problem with charges, but when I called back after we left, spoke with Joslyn and she helped us straighten it out - extremely professional and kind and made me feel much better about the charges.

It was close to dinning and attractions. There was a fireworks display in town I got to enjoy from my room. The lady at the front desk was nice, but a little "aloof".

The parking. There's no way any business needs that many handicap parking spaces, and I'm handicap.
