Everyone was very friendly
I liked everything. It was what I expected. No disappointment here!
We had reserved a king room through Booking.com but we're given 2 queen beds instead....
no downtown maps , could be more eating places in the area
Room , Staff , breakfast
Noise from nearby train station, bit expensive for this kind of location
Swimming pool and hot spa, friendly staff, rooms are not very spacious but clean, well maintained and good for a single night, beds are ok
I thought the price was a little too high otherwise it was a nice place, clean, friendly, breakfast was good.
The rooms could have been cleaner. Pretty dusty.
Nice and clean.
As with all Holiday Express Hotels, everything was very well presented and comfortable.
There was evidence of construction but I am sure it will be cleaned up when they are done with their work. The wifi worked our first night, then it was uncooperative after that.
Room was comfortable, clean, our room had an odd smell but nothing too foul. It was quiet, we slept good, comfy beds. Good breakfast and kitchen personnel was friendly.
Desk clerk never called me to let me know if I could check in a few minutes early
Location of I-25
The hotel was undergoing some construction, which I didn't mind. There was a clever(?) sign in the lobby and in the elevator which equated the sound of a drill which a guest might hear to their last visit to the dentist. As a retired dentist who spent forty years hearing dentist drill stories, most of which were exaggerated, I was offended by the picture.
