“ Every half an hour shuttle service from the airport makes it easy to access to hotel. When I arrived at the airport there was no shuttle, and I did not know how frequent the shuttle was coming. I called the hotel to inform them that I came. They immediately dispatched a shuttle for me from the hotel to the airport to pick me up. ”

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities for the traveller. Free shuttle to airport was very handy - pool was great and it all felt very spacious. Staff were friendly and cheerful. I was VERY unimpressed with the waste associated with breakfast catering - the use of polystyrene and plastic for dinnerware and cutlery. Also breakfast hours until 10 am would be better. Also, internet access was SO slow would be great if a little better speed in the business centre.

Facilities were very clean and comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food. Even though they don't have an on-site restaurant I was able to order easily from a nearby eatery for delivery. Location can be a little difficult to navigate when unfamiliar with the area.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff was friendly. I took the shuttle from O'Hare. I called in, they said they'd let the driver know and hung up. I wasn't given an estimated arrival. I waited about 20 minutes in 20 degree weather at 10pm with a small child, and I'm expecting. .. after 20 hrs of travel. I don't think 20 minutes is unreasonable, but it just felt like hours. A bus for Holiday Inn showed up, we got in. I got to Holiday Inn to find out I was on the wrong bus. Two other people behind me done the same thing. We were supposed to get on the Holiday Inn Express bus. I had to pay for a taxi to get there. The staff at Holiday Inn Express didn't see this is an issue, and were not apologetic. I didn't ask for compensation or anything, but I think that warning future clients to make sure it's express would be quite considerate.
