Holiday Inn has the best beds. Pool was great, but I missed a hot tub. Even though you are right by the airport, it was extremely quiet.
very unfriendly staff. Not that the Hotel had anything they could do about it, but there was alot of road construction going on.
Seems to be good rate and to be close to O'hare
But there is not value for money. The rooms are so small, old, dirty and outdated, and when I complained about a broken closet's door the man at the reception was very rude, they didn't fix it at the end.
Willy the shuttle driver was courteous, helpful and friendly
Had to ask for the noisy fridge to be replaced on check into the room. . It was really really noisy Curtains and carpets were dirty The room had a foul scent The coffee machine was in the toilet Routine maintenance was lacking, the fawcet head for the hot water fell off in my hand The walls were paper thin from room 607 I heard all the noises and traffic from the busy road Reception staff at check out lacked common courtesy The breakfast looked disgusting
Compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses - relatively good breakfast

Location was great and free breakfast was a plus for getting to the airport early in the morning.
Very efficient and friendly
The shuttle was a huge plus. The breakfast was typical hotel, not bad, and easy to grab and go. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was good, very clean, and comfortable.
No fan in bathroom. Electrical outlets in room are few, hard to find, and touchy (old and loose).
Beds comfortable, flat screen TV, excellent location to airport and free shuttle.
Bathroom dated and a bit dirty "around the edges". Hotel has a stale smell.
close to Allstate Arena
the "suite" wasnt really a suite. it was all one room. very small bathroom with no exhaust fan, which if you like steam rooms, this would be perfect for you.
It was clean, breakfast was great, they let me check in early and checking out is painless. The free airport shuttle was awesome.
Airport and freeway noise which is to be expected in such a location. Too much chlorine in pool.
Breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pool was ice cold. No refrigerator in room which was needed for child's milk.
Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom space. T.v. Channels. Breakfast. Elevators were fast. Free parking. Free newspaper. Free coffee in lobby.
No fridge in my room. No lounge chair in my room.
Food was a good selection
The service was poor, no compassion for someone left at the airport after walking all day and missed the last shuttle back to hotel. They didn't have any muscle relaxer, like ice-hot. They could have let us know there was some Motrin or something like that in the market there. They need more people skills.
The breakfast was absolutely excellent and the fact that they had a choice of hard or soft pillows in the room was excellent. The service was absolutely wonderful and everything was very tidy. I enjoyed access to a workout facilities while my sister was impressed by the game room.
It was very high prices for a 2queen bed room. The bed was a bit on the hard side, but everyone has a different preference on how firm their bed is. the bathroom was extremely small and the water pressure in the shower was pretty hard. Was very disappointed with no hot tub to accompany the pool.
B real fast was awful! Threw it all away and went to McDonalds
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a nice thing to have.
The pool was dirty, it was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel to stay in.... We had wanted a pool. The bathroom was quite small..... Especially with 3 people starting in the same room together.
met friend after arriving at midnight from los angeles, so he was able to meet me at airport via shuttle - he arrived in chicago by train earlier in day. it worked out well for us.
It was close to the airport and walking distance to the allstate arena!
Convenience to Rosemont Convention Ctr, close to O'hare Airport, free shuttle to/from A/P, good gymn; large Suites
Large price fluctuation based on weekly demand and particularly around trade shows at nearby Rosemont Convention Ctr (in all fairness, this is typical of all hotels nearby); limited restaurants within walking distance; shuttle driver not the friendliest person to be greeted by
Was perfect location for walking to an event at All State Arena. We also ate at Shoeless Joe's which was perfect and so convenient. I would recommend to anyone desiring close stay to venue.
I had to park pretty far out in the parking lot because the hotel was fully booked. Would have liked a little more lighting far out there. Nothing serious though, great stay overall!
There are shuttle buses waiting for you in the bus center of the airport at any time.
If you would like to explore downtown Chicago rather than just to stay here for one night and fly to other places, this hotel may not be the best option for you.
Proximity to Allstate Arena!
Noisy, so wear ear plugs
mold in the bathroom
Location next to O'Hare is convenient. Staff very friendly
We got in at 3 AM, when we opened the door to our room it wasn't clean, we had to go back down to the lobby and get a different room. The Jr Suite that we had is no bigger than a standard room, kind of ripoff for a "suite". Also, after getting in at 3 we were looking forward to sleeping in a little bit, but a convention with very loud music started about 8:30 that morning and woke us both up. Why would they allow loud music that early when guests are trying to sleep? We switched to the residence inn down the street for our 2nd night which was MUCH better and basically the same price
