Loved the location and what was offered for breakfast

Excellent stopping spot for Freeport shopping. Nice cozy hotel, good parking. The breakfast is really good. We have previously stayed here with our children and they enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are set up nicely and the price is good.

In the business centre I had to request another passcode for internet access and the printer had no paper. Minor stuff.

Our stay was great. Great pool. good breakfast. Price was right.

The room was very clean, smelled good, bed was comfy and pillows & comforter was great. It had everything we needed. Orange juice and coffee that we got in the continental breakfast tasted great! I swam in the pool and found no problems....did about 20 laps!

The continental breakfast didn't have a lot of choices. Choices of large muffins or biscuits would help.

The room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

The bathroom had no fan, so it was full of steam once you took a shower. Also, I would have liked an extra blanket on the bed.

We would do this with the children again! After a day in the snow they were ecstatic about going back to the Holiday Inn Express to jump in the swimming pool and warm up in the hot tub. The adults enjoyed this as well....but even more so the cleanliness, the continental breakfast and family atmosphere.

Reasonable price and nice well kept rooms. The staff was very friendly too and let us check in 2 hours early with us just showing up early unannounced.

Quiet Location Value

We had difficulty locating the only driveway at night. It was VERY poorly lit!! The thermostat was difficult to control.

Clean, quiet with a great staff.

Convenience, staff, location (withe exception of proximity to highway).

Excessive noise from the highway, despite requesting a quite room we were placed in one which was noisy and interrupted sleep. It was our second stay at the hotel the first having been a better experience. We will probably not stay at the same one again.

They need to teach there cleaning staff how to clean! My first room had feces on the toilet, dusty, frig wasn't cleaned out, and noisy [ 295 is right behind the hotel}. Then the front desk didn't key in my key and they had us checking out the following day. When I got my second room they didn't key in my room again & called the other couple with us about check out , a day early. Needless to say I would not go back there again.

Very Clean & Friendly Staff

It met my expectations.

It was convenient to shopping and town which was the purpose of the trip.

On arrival , staff had no record of our booking, which would not had been very good if hotel had been busy. Confirmation # could not be found on computer. Staff had to re-book us

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

We were put by the ice/vending machine and had noise issues caused by kids who were running around using the machines after midnight.

Nous avons apprécié le confort, la propreté et la tranquilité des lieux. La proximité de l'autoroute ne dérange pas. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se déplacer vers d'autres villes du Maine.

Le déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Friendly staff and super clean accomodations.

Beaucoup d'espace pour des enfants de 11, 8 et 4 ans. La piscine fonctionnelle et son spa.

Le service le mercredi matin au petit déjeuner : la responsable, une jeune femme, ne semblait pas intéressée à répondre à nos demandes de beurre d'arachides pour les enfants. Elle a fait mine de chercher, mais cela la dérangeait de toute évidence. Beaucoup de mauvaise foi, pas souriante, et même impatiente. Les enfants ont dû se passer de beurre d'arachides, ce qui ne devrait jamais arriver dans un hôtel où des enfants se trouvent.

1)Room overlooked interstate highway and traffic was very loud and meant my stay was much less relaxing. 2) Only one person was manning the reception desk and so was out of control. 3) The hot tub wasn't working - this was a major reason for staying there. 4) It is poor value for money.

The rooms were well decorated and had refrigerators and microwaves. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast offerings were of poor quality but coffee was good. Bathrooms had black hairs in the floor corners. Obviously not mopped. They remained for our stay.
