Great location, but hard to find and closer to downtown.
Residence were loud off and on throughout the night.
Just an average hotel. Clean
On a busy highway with lots of car noise! Motorcycles racing for hours. Hard to sleep on highway side.
The room was large and had a desk, a table and a chair with ottoman. The big bathroom was spotless and had an exhaust fan for the shower steam.
Pillows were nice but a little too soft. Good breakfast selection but eggs weren't good and bacon overcooked. It is a little far from restaurants.
Good value....nice breakfast and good staff in bar and breakfast area.
beds not very comfortable and pillows too. Remote and sink not working on check-in....fixed promptly however....great maintenanace man fixed in five minutes.
I always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express due to the fact that they always have a very friendly staff, comfortable beds and the breakfast is good.
Just the location.
The extraordinary kindness of the staff when my husband suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. It was probably the most convenient handicapped accessible room we have ever had.
Power outages in town and I had a reservation at an Express that had no power. When I got to the hotel there was a nice young man who gave the number to the other Express Inn in town and that gentleman got me a room. No problems whatsoever. It did help I think being a rewards member. But still both people were helpful and kind. Like Holiday inn express.
It would be nice to have a menu bar on the tv so you could see not just the channel but what was actually on each channel. Its a little thing really but it would help from surfing through all the channels.
Breakfast choices were good. Room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel is located at the end of dark driveway which makes the approach difficult during the evening hours. Better lighting would be appreciated.
Staff was extremely friendly Quiet quarters Breakfast was good Very comfortable
My kids and I were very comfortable. The room was clean and amenities were available.
We stayed on the first floor and our heavy/lights out curtain couldn't pull close for maximum privacy. It appeared to be intentional because of the location of the air conditioning unit.
The manager, Jose. We left around 1pm to go to the usatf Nationals and upon our return room had not been cleaned. We called Jose and he said that the maid said we had do not disturb sign on door. I saw her when we left room, she was across the hall and I told her we were now leaving and out of her way. When I asked Jose about cleaning room and taking out our overflowing trash. He said he could not do anything about it. I then called corp and he then sends maintenance up to get my trash and bring us some towels. Our room was not serviced and the beds were not made up by your staff, I ended up doing this. And straitening up and replacing trash cans. We also asked for a roll away bed which we had to go downstairs to get ourselves. When we got to the room and opened it it was not on wheels so that was hard getting up to room, then it was broken which sunk down in the middle so we could not use it. I called the staff and they never picked it up...of course I see that they charged me for that as well so I need a refund on this. The maid did not pick up because she did not clean our room so it was in our way the days we were here.
