The location was perfect
No bacon at breakfast
Facilities are Good. Staff was helful
Breakfast was not good. All food tasted and felt Syntetic Wifi did not work with devices that ahs IOS 8.0 ((((
Some would not like the location-tucked into the woods next to a dollar store but we loved the quiet. The rooms were lovely with granite counters and even window seals. The rest of our trip we stayed in luxury hotels but this was terrific. We landed in Boston and rushed to Seabrook so we could begin our leaf peeping journey fresh the next morning. This Express was the best we have stayed in. The breakfast/living room was much bigger than usual.
Comfortable, clean and a friendly staff in a great location.
The hotel was new and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The price was a little high for what they offered.
Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Good breakfast.
If younare innthe area, this hotel is a good option. Excellent facilities, and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast selection.
. Only issue is the wifi, if your device closes or goes on hibernation, you have to log in again((((((
The rooms were clean, location was excellent and the breakfest in the morning was fantastic. The beds were very confortable.
No water pressure in shower House keeping when cleaning the room did not replace the used cups leaving us no cups our second night when we got back to the room. They also didn't empty the ice bucket so we came back to a bucket of water.
We loved everything about the hotel, , convenience, breakfast was fabulous each day we stayed. The beds were comfortable, clean enjoyed all the pillows. My grandson loved the pool he is 2 1/2 yrs old and we tried teaching him how to swim, he enjoyed the water not to hot or not to cold. We will definitely come back for sure.
I can't think of a thing
Clean and comfortable.
Fridge was a tad bit noisy and the room location was close to lobby so the noise level was a bit high but not terrible. Shower water could have a bit more water pressure.
Quality of the management. Manager very understanding!
Staff helpful room was as expected comfortable mattresses hidden from noise good breakfast included great coffee
Add a bit more fruits to breakfast
We loved the room and the pool was directly across from our room which was great the staff was really nice and the location was perfect anything we needed was in walking distance or a ten min drive we really didn't want to leave
The breakfast wasn't great the woman serving it was really rude we were told breakfast was from 630 to 10 am and that there would be plenty if we went at 9 so we went at 9 and there was nothing no more eggs no more or bread for toast pancakes cold cinnamon rolls there wasn't any hot water to mix the oatmeal or bread for toast not everybody goes there for business I was personally there on vacation and didn't want to wake up at 630 in the morning I just think if we were told breakfast is served until 10 there should be enough food until 10
Loved the bed and pillows very comfortable
Breakfast included was very nice.
The room was comfy with very clean property. The price is too high for what you get. Shoud be closer to $100 a night vs. the $150 that it is. With fees and taxes it ended up close to $190 a night, too much.
Clean rooms great staff!! Location was perfect to highway& beach
Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying!
good location for easy access to Hampton beach.
The hotel was nicely cleaned, and it was comfortable.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, thus causing my pregnant sister to slip and fall while entering the shower. During the fall she cut her foot on the bathtub faucet plug which broke. I called the front desk and notified them of what had happened, they informed me that they would send up Band-Aids and some anti-bacterial ointment. After 10 minutes goes by my brother in law calls the front desk to find out what happened to the supplies we never received. They responded with a "oh" we'll send it up, indicating that they had forgotten about what happened. The following morning I spoke with the manager who didn't regard the fact that a pregnant woman slipped and fell in their bathroom due to lack of the tub being cleaned properly, and assured me that I wouldn't be charged for the damaged and simply apologized. I thought this was ridiculous seeing as how my sister was extremely afraid and shocked at falling while pregnant, and having a gash on the back of her foot. The situation wasn't handled properly and the management and staff weren't sympathetic at all. Despite the unclean tub, the rest of the hotel was clean and neat. For that simple reason I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
The rooms were clean
The young woman who checked us in was very accomodating and arranged for my husband to have a handicapped room , which we had asked for but it was not noted. What kind of mattresses do you use? It was amazingly comfortable. Thanks, Judith Hunt
All of the above, including breakfast.
There was quite a fuss securing the usual AAA or AARP discount. It was a small amount that is usually offered without asking at most places. And even when it seemed settled, the bill in the morning didn't show it and there was more haggling. KInd of embarrassing.
Upon checking in, we were greeted by a nice desk staff named Heather. She told us an amazing place to get great food! That it was... amazing (The Tuckaway Tavern). The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and a pleasant surprise. The women who took care of the breakfast buffet was great! The king studio room was spacious enough for our needs :).
The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. Also I had a huge issue with the 200$ the hotel held on my card for the reservation. When arriving I paid cash for the room. I assumed the 200$ would have been on the hotel manager's priority list to assure my funds were returned. It wasn't until the next day I had to ask, "why is there still a 200$ hold on my account? " After his calm reasonable explanation, he took the necessary steps to contact my bank (or so I thought). The bank informed me that after receiving the request, it would only take 2 hours to receive funds. I waited 6 hours, contacted the hotel and Heather was able to help me. I found out the manager never faxed the bank. My funds were returned to my account on the day I checked out. Disappointing, but I would recommend this hotel. That was my only dispute.
