The eggs at breakfast were like rubber pancakes - little round overcooked things. I ate half of one for the protein, but some moisture and maybe a scramble would help, haha... We stayed three nights. After the first night, we left the "do not disturb" hanger on the door and went out for the day, knowing the cleaning staff wouldn't come in - we were only there overnight, there was no need for them yet. After the second night, we took the sign off the door and went out for the day. We got back around 10:30 pm and the room hadn't been cleaned. I thought perhaps it was one of those things for saving energy/ reusing towels, but I didn't see any written information on that. And unfortunately, I had already left my towels in a pile on the floor, so now they were still damp...yuck. When we checked out the next day, I asked about it, and the front desk staff said that it should have been cleaned, so he gave us extra rewards points to make up for it. In hindsight, I should have just called the desk that night and asked for new towels, I'm sure they would have brought them up right away.
The room was clean and comfortable, had a microwave and a mini-fridge. Complimentary breakfast with a decent number of options: eggs, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, sausage, bacon, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt.
On the second day, the blow-dryer burned out and stopped working. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement, and a worker was at the door in a matter of seconds. He didn't have a replacement in hand, I guess he thought maybe he just had to hit the reset/test buttons, but I told him I already did that. He could tell that I didn't want him to come into the room (half of a wet head and still getting ready to be presentable), so he said he'd bring a new one right away and come back to remove the old one when it was more convenient. Very nice, great service!
