close to the ariport when calling up the clark from the airport he did not know where the United airlines terminal is and sent the pick-up car to the wrong terminal. I had to wait for 30min at 1 am in the morning. Did dot receive the bill at the counter, told it will be mailed to me, but did not happen.

The room was clean, breakfast was good. I requested a queen suite, instead I was given 2 full beds. It was uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I complained and showed my confirmation and I was given 2 excuses by desk clerk. 1. They were very busy and no queen beds were available, 2. that book.com had failed to notify them that I requested a queen bed. The next morning at check out the desk clerk told me we could have had a king bed if we had wanted to wait 20 minutes when we checked in. I told her I would have waited had it been offered. But that option had not been given to me. She again told me how busy they had been. I will never book this hotel again.

They were very hospitable. We weren't able to get out luggage from the airport so they provided us with the necessities we needed. Very friendly! The shuttle from the airport was hard to tell which one was for this Holiday Inn. Wasn't marked very well.

La habitacion era muy comoda quedaron en enviarme la factura al correo y no me la enviaron. Agradezco por favor me envien la factura de hospedaje que debo entregarla.

The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Not enough blankets in the room.
