It was clean, the staff was helpful and it had charm. The breakfast was good.
It was more expensive than other places that we stayed.
The pool, the friendly staff, the location, the cleanliness (other than couch (see next), the free breakfast, the way the building looked, the guest laundry.
Needed microwavable plates and mugs for the rooms with microwaves. We were supplied with Styrofoam. Mattress on the rollout couch, which the two kids slept on, had a very large, what looked like, urine, stain on it.
clean room, comfortable. It is obviously a family affordable hotel as many young families with children stay there. Pet friendly
no bath mat the first day, no coffee cups or sugar replaced for the second day, no bananas in the breakfast buffet. Noisy neighbors that could be heard very clearly through the walls at 10pm and at 530 AM, I specifically asked for a quiet room when I reserved my room. Obviously the staff did not read the request. Not sure what was going on with the baseboard in the hallways but it appeared that it was missing and looked disgusting. Asked a front desk clerk for coffee cups and he responded with a wave of the hand, oh, they are in the breakfast room, barely looking up from the computer screen.
We have stayed several times at this location and have been very satisfied with our stay every time.
I was disappointed in the woman that checked us in. She could not find my reservation and told me that the numer I provide was not valed and we did not have a reservation. When I explained I did she did not want to help me. Another young lady stepped in and helped. She was polite and seemed to care not like the First Lady.
I loved hotel - stayed 2 nights. Rooms clean, staff excellent. Shopping close by. Cookies and milk for kids at 7 great idea. Pool area clean. Price was affordable
very comfy bed, the balcony
staff was terrific, hotel was immaculately clean, shuttle to airport at 4:45 in the morning, offered breakfast to go.
The only thing we liked was the fact it was close to the Majestic valley Arena where we went every day to show horses
We disliked our room. We booked and payed for a king suite with pullout sofa for our family of 4. when we checked in we received a king room ( one bed) with a Jacuzzi tub!!!! Our kids had to sleep on rollaway beds and there was very little room for 4 people and 4 suitcases. They would not move us because the hotel was full and they would not discount our room! Very unhappy !!!!!!!!!
The carpet was so dirty (in halls and room) I did not want to take my shoes off. There was comstruction going on so noisy (not their fault). Evening cookies so hard almost broke my husband front tooth. Overall, not good and very expensive for what we got!!!
Very nice room in an apparently brand new facility. Highway construction immediately adjacent to hotel. Very expensive, most likely because Kalispell is the gateway community to Glacier National Park. Appears to cater to better quality bus tours .
Very expensive if understandable. Resort town rates.
We asked on the phone for top floor & got the 2nd floor. The clerk said we dont guarantee anything. There was no pancakes for breakfast as advertised.
