It was quiet. Excellent location. Check in - check out incredibly fast with Booking.com but best of all, I asked for a room on the top floor, quiet side of the building, away from elevators and vending and we got just that!!

Quiet. Unhappy that there was no way to watch a movie.No pay per view system on television and no dvd player to play rented movies.Only basic cable television as is commonly available in even the cheapest of motels.Although we took a suite the layout of the room was such that you had to lie on the bed to view the tv screen.Also the tv screen was small.I Would not rent this suite again.

It was quiet and peaceful The desk clerk did not give me a receipt, even after I asked for one. She stated it was a pre-booking. Because I had made a modification to my stay, I had no idea what my total cost of the stay was. That was odd to me.

New hotel and very clean. Resonable price. Comfortable bed and pillow. I stayed 4 nights. Housekeeper left hotel early on Christmas day so I couldn't get clean up for one day. Except this, we are happy all of this hotel!

great location, easy access to freeway for driving to bellevue or seattle, good complimentary breakfast, parking was free and plentiful with no reserving beds were a little soft, rolling to the middle of the bed, gym had no weights

Breakfast was good, customer service was good. There was only one elevator for the whole hotel. Staying on the 5th floor meant waiting for quite a while everytime we wanted to use it.

the cleanliness and spaciousness of the king suite; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom; 24 hr check-in; quick and easy check-out; friendly staff; free wi fi and free parking. uncomfortable pillows; thin walls--can hear people above and beside us; noisy hallway traffic; thin comforters.
