Comfortable and clean rooms but thin walls
Way too noisy. Could hear other guests in the hallway like they were in the room. Could hear neighbours thru the walls at night. Popular with families who were excessively rowdy. Would not stay here again.
Staff was accommodating, and the hotel was spotless and very comfortable.
Very comfortable room...really enjoyed the included buffet breakfast.
OK I understand the use of motion detector thermostats for when you are not in the room but while you're sleeping is not good. It kept turning off and every 2 hours we would wake up all hot and gross. They need a better system. We finally forced the window open on the last night.
Breakfast, room facilities, staff friendliness, very quiet in the room
No significant negatives, some may wish to be nearer Moab centre
Breakfast was marginal, considering the price of the room
Average accommodation for more than average price. Breakfast bar was a mess. Our shower curtain was quite moldy.
Accommodation, Breakfast, WiFi
Out of town location and misleading Zip Code...all sat navs bypass the location!
The rooms were very adequate, size-wise and clean. The full breakfast was quite good considering that it was free. The staff was very pleasant and 'went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied.
Cannot think of anything.
she recommended several good restaurants in the area and gave us a restaurant map. We were very happy with all the places we tried. She also gave us a card for a window seat at the Sunset Grill. Much appreciated!
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Employees at front desk were friendly and helpful.
Work on the lift meant that we had to go outside to access our room from reception. Not a problem as the weather was good but would not have been good in the rain!
Great location for access to both National Parks & close to downtown restaurants & shopping.
The outdoor pool with the waterfall, open until 11 pm. Good breakfast. Great location near the parks. Directv in the room, so we could watch some US Open tennis when it was too hot outside during the afternoon.
hotel too busy. breakfast room does not fit the number of guests
Very fast and free WiFi
A great place - this goes for the hotel as well as for Moab and its surroundings. The rooms here were clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The breakfast was very good - the biscuits and gravy were my personal highlight here; healthier options like yoghurt and fruits were available too. The staff was very friendly and the fitness room - while rather small - was good enough too.
Loved the pool/suana area; loved the location and helpfulness of staff
We thought it was very overpriced with all the additional taxes!! They were outrageous
The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool and hot tubs relaxing after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. The breakfast was the best that we have ever experienced in our many travels. At check-in, sorry that I don't remember her name, she was a blond, who was extremely helpful regarding things to do and offered us discount cards. The hotel also had a laundry room, which proved useful after white water rafting, hiking, etc.. The maid service was second to none..we always had fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion..trash was emptied and room was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back to this hotel!!
The only disappointment was that the fire pit didn't work the entire time that we were there..they were waiting for a part..
We received a warm welcome by a friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom also very nice. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Moab, so we did not even make it to the city, as Arches was too big of an attraction. It's a quick drive of about ~ 5 - 10 minutes there.
Good location to the national parks. Good breakfast.
Too pricey but everything in Moab is overpriced.
Super friendly staff! Fantastic breakfast! Very clean! Great location!
Little pricey because of the location.
The swimming pool
The tea was grim and the doors slamming early in the morning - not the fault of the hotel really
The location was perfect, the room was top notch and the continental breakfast was very good. We especially loved that the hotel was located so close to Arches National Park.
The pool depth could have been a little deeper and the rate could have been a little cheaper.
