the staff was helpful and friendly

toilet in disrepair, ran most of the night. had the front desk repair it once when we first got there. when i went to call the front desk about the toilet, noticed the phone jack was hanging from the wall, and the phone didn't function. i actually had to use my personal cellular phone for help. also the elevator was very sluggish and would often stop at floors for no apparent reason.

Great staff and very clean! Excellent stay! Would recommend to others who are looking for a safe place (there were 4 ladies in my group and we felt very safe!)

I enjoyed the privacy we received and the cleanliness was very good. The bed and room temperature were great. Very relaxing and enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with them again.

Think the pool area should be open later.

The girl at the front desk from 2 to 10 was so very helpful and wonderful! She helped us find restaurants and directions and was super nice!

My only problem was threw your site I thought I clicked on 2 nights and after reviewing our problem after we returned from our show on day one we were checked out of the Hotel after I had asked this was booked for 2 nights. Not sure who to blame, but problem was resolved.

Crack staff--many always smiling and eager to help..(just one front desk guy not cut out of the same mold). Gave a great recommendation about a local pizza place. Maid Service invisible but super efficient. On the days when the car show was not in town breakfast was well stocked and fresh comfortable and took good care of us

Neighborhood was seedy....albeit well located in proximity to everything on our agenda. I wouldn't want to walk the streets at night. Felt kind of "concrete jungle". When the car show came to town (which was great actually) kitchen staff was way over burdened to handle breakfast and couldn't keep up with the rush.

Clean comfortable rooms and excellent cleaning staff. Respected the do no disturb sign (wonderful when you have a napping 2 years old!) Cleaned and picked up scattered toys (did I mention the 2 year old?) including displaying his books. We were also very glad that the front desk had an adapter to loan for our cell phones as we forgot ours. Very sweet and attentive staff. LOVED the warm cinnamon buns at breakfast and very glad NOT to see a waffle station. They always great such a mess and obstruct the flow of the crowd. I liked that the coffee was at a separate station from everything else as it made moving through the crowded room easier.

Only the smallest things: I wish the pool and pool room were warmer. I wish we had seen or been offered the high chair at breakfast as we did not stumble upon it until the last morning. Would have like more in room coffee packets but in all fairness I forgot to ask. More seating for breakfast would have been a plus. We took ours back to our room as there was no place to sit on Sunday.

There was a mistake on the booking date. It was quickly resolved by Booking.com by phone and the Holiday Inn staff.

The hotel did not offer pay-per-view/or movie channel. The bathroom was in huge need of some fix-up...toilet didn't flush properly, tile was chipped and broken...

I had recently stayed at a holiday inn express in Gettysburg and was pleasantly surprised ! So when my sisters and I were planning a shopping trip to Easton I got on line and found a holiday inn express near Easton. Once again, a pleasant Experience! I will continue to use holiday inn express! Especially comfortable beds and very nice complimentary breakfast!

Other guests in the hotel were sports teams from colleges and high school teenagers who were loud and thoughtless. We had to tell them to quiet down in the hallways - the noise carried everywhere. I guess if we stay at inexpensive places we are going to run into not quite civilized people who don't know how to behave. I won't recommend this hotel if this is the quality of other guests in the future - including leaving water from the pool dripped all over. We mentioned that to staff who hurriedly cleaned it up. Otherwise, the facility was clean and staff was friendly and as efficient as could be expected as they were short staffed.

They were closest to the venue, so the location was great. We had stayed there previously, so we knew that in advance. The staff was super friendly and supportive while the elevator was being repaired. Our room was tops in all respects: clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, coffee, etc. The breakfast was hot and very good. We plan to stay there again in the future.

The employees couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. The location was very good for my needs but is not in the greatest of neighborhoods.

The room carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time and the towels were rather stiff but bed, etc. was comfortable and I did enjoy a swim in the heated pool, .

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

There was no wifi in the room, but upon request I received a ethernet cord at no additional cost so it was not that big of a deal.
