    Nice staff, clean room

    There were a few teenagers who came in to the pool that were obviously not staying there. But the staff said they would take care of it.

    Our room ac didn't cool at all, we asked to move they told us all the rooms were that way. Our wifi didn't work on the 4th floor

    The room was clean and the shower was nice.

    When I asked for more towels I was told that I had to bring the dirty towels down in order to get clean ones. Wi-if was non-existant, room was super HOT! Was told to shut the air off for five minutes then restart, that didn't work. Ended up leaving a day early but would have left earlier if I could have found another room. Worse room I've ever experienced with this chain!

    Wasn't sure about location at first, but once there & got around it was perfect! My wife loved the breakfast!

    A/C wasn't cold enough but manageable.

    I paid $240 dollars in cash and asked to put the remaining balance on my debit card. The front desk worker charged the entire room on my debit card as well as took my $240 and didn't document that I even paid and cash at all.

    Sign in bathroom encouraging to call front desk if you forgot some hygiene products. Clean and appointed with sundries that allow dining in at relatively low cost Plenty of parking Property grounds well maintained Microwave, coffee machine, disposable dish wares provided Soft and firm pillow offered for bed

    No spa as advertised - inoperable for the last 6 months as explained by front desk. There was a spa motor and aeration duct for such operation when inspected. Soap caddy in shower taped with red electrical tape to secure Single use shampoo, conditions, had missing flip off cap. Suggesting these were reused when possible. Makes tampering possible by previous guests. No pancake machine as advertised Reserved double room - got one king sized bed we all 3 slept in. Booking error that hotel did not to take responsibility for. Nor did they try to accommodate given full occupancy. Sofa couch "torture chamber" was unsuitable for anyone over 60 lb. One could feel the springs underneath and doubtful a good night sleep could be obtained unless thoroughly inebriated, or in a coma. Daily pool chemical chart required by law, showed as much as 4 days in between maintaining. Required 3 x day by Florida Dept. of Health. On regular days, only checked at 9 am. (not at 1 pm, and 4 pm as required).

    I liked the pool and jacuzzi behind the hotel but when leaving the pool the floors and elevators were extremely slippery and wet. Never any rugs on the floor to prevent slipping and falling. The beds are hard and uncomfortable the sofa bed in the queen suite was worn and hard. And the staff was extremely rude and unaccodmodating. Would not recommend a dog stay here and for a 150 dollars a night the beds should be much better the only thing my family reall enjoyed was the breakfast.

    The beds are horrible, and the they need rugs on the floor coming from the pool and in the elevator to prevent slipping.

    the space around getting in and out of the elevator was too small and narrow and tight to maneuver your luggage

    Breakfast. Was great. Staff was very helpful, courteous.

    The air conditioner didn't work as well as it should have. Not enough parking for larger vehicles or someone pulling trailers,or boats.

    The receptionist Sabrina was excellent! She showed genuine concern and empathy for my family's situation.

    Room was dingy, dusty and not well ventilated. I expressed concerns of allergies and itchiness to the manager on duty Chrystal Hubbard. As I arrived with my two kids at 4.30pm and advised the manager of this only at 5pm, I was told that I had to still pay for that night if I wanted to check out and proceed to a different hotel. Reason being housekeeping was 'gone' for the day and they would not be able to 're-sell' the room. With no other option, i was forced to spend the night there with my kids at $175/night! I felt cornered and voiced my concern to Melissa Stearns the General Manager over voice mail. I requested a call back but did not get one. Several guests in the lobby showed more empathy toward my situation than either one of the managers. Our very uncomfortable night drugded with benedral ended whe we checked out the next morning. I felt undercompensated with their $50 discount for that night as $125++ was an extortionate rate for the room and service! Never again...Oh and they are independently owned which probably explains their incompetency, inefficiency and inadequate levels of customer service!

    The staff was very friendly , at all times we were in communication with them . From getting a warm start to our day with a friendly greeting and a smile. To making fresh breakfast for all customers as we got breakfast.. Not to mention that the house keeper who came as we were checking out making it a point to say have a nice day .

    The house keeping came in our room not very long after we were there walking in on my fiancée naked.

    Swimming pool was dirty and being used by anyone in the neighborhood. Furniture was beat-up and stained carpet. No exhaust fan in bathroom / shower. The air conditioner was marginal at best.

    location the staff were very friendly

    approached by a panhandler for money as we were getting our bags from the car at check-in. we moved from one room to another when we found bugs crawling out of our pillow cases. It had been 5 months since we had stayed before and were shocked how dirty the carpet and general cleanliness had deteriorated. our second room had not been vacumned and a pill was found on the floor next to a bed - what if a small child had been with us? though it didn't matter to us - it was 4:00 in the afternoon before someone came to clean our room we were told that a manager would contact us about an adjustment on our bill but a week later and no one has called.

    Everything I needed was readily available. It was clean, felt safe, was quiet, well organized, and relaxed, and I recuperated from a rather stressful family experience. I was very pleased with the motel.

    Not a criticism, just a suggestion: The location is fairly close to the airport and it would help to have a shuttle service to and from the airport, even if it isn't their own.

    I was visiting my son at the Naval Base. The hotel was very close but I was worried about the clientele. I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was a good variety and staff warm. No noise or unpleasantness noted.

    I made a reservation thru booking for a double bed and when I got there they had me booked for a single bed.
