I did not like the breakfast food. Just preference.
The room was quiet and comfortable
The bathtub drained slowly
location, room size, breakfast
Nearby 23th street
Room had a view on a blind wall.
Great location, Good breakfast, Good value for money
Found poo in the swimming pool and when we told staff about it and went back to check 6 hours later it was still there.. When travelling wiht young children the pool is one of the reason to stay at a hotel and to not be able to use it was a major disappointment
Room had 2 queen beds and still plenty of room to walk around. We also had a great view. It's very close to the action downtown Portland. It's walkable but we drove. Plenty of parking at the hotel, covered and uncovered.
Close to highway Good restaurants nearby Free parking
Location to downtown Comfortable bedroom Clean bathroom Ample parking Free WiFi We got an upgrade to our room when we stayed here because the room wasn't ready when we arrived to check in.
Our room wasn't ready at the time of check in and we had to wait another hour, but the staff was extremely helpful in getting us another room which was larger and didn't charge us more.
The view of a concrete wall. No maid service. Expensive for no service. No compensation for no maid service.
Great amenities such as breakfast, pool, nice rooms, comfy beds.
Really disappointed the hot tub was broken, especially after just riding 204 mile!
Close to but on the edge of the City. Easy walking distance but public transport avaiable
clean, comfortable bed. Friendly breakfast lady and the breakfast wasn't bad either.
the hotel desk staff didn't seem genuinely friendly towards us. Never a greeting or eye contact when coming or going.
I loved the location and the staff were very helpful. Shopping and several fine restaurants are just down the street. Also the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
I didn't like the overpriced medicine at the gift shop. When paying $162 per night a packet of 2 Tylenol for a headache should be complimentary
Unbelievably awful bathroom. The sink didn't drain and the stopper wouldn't close. Toilet wouldn't flush. Someone came to "fix" it at but still didn't work. The staff was "very sorry" and took $20 off our overpriced ($179/night) room for the inconvenience. Stay somewhere else.
Hot tub, close to downtown
Staff acted kind of rude from check in to checkout. Guess they do not care that you come to town once a month and was checking out the facilities. Business must be great if you can afford to treat people this rude.We do not plan to come back.
Location was close to restaurants and shopping, but a bit far from downtown for public transit riders. It was very clean and well kept, breakfast was pretty good with a range of options.
Breakfast room was very small when the hotel was full. Not enough seating. Elevator was very slow, and not adequate for a full hotel. Walking up to the 4th floor was not a great alternative for an overused elevator.
Very close to excellent shops & restaurants, not far (10 min drive) from downtown. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast could be better.
The staff were very helpful, resourceful, accommodating and very friendly. Having a fridge and microwave helped out so much when catering for a young child.
Nothing to dislike.
I've asked through Booking.com that they added a supplementary bed and they didn't communicate to us that it was not possible in advance. Room was terribly noisy.
Indoor heated pool, free internet, microwave oven, refrigerator, free newspaper, great breakfast.
Despite receiving several nice extras not sure it justifies the premium of the room price.
Very helpful staff : plunging our toilet, using the printer, giving directions "Green" choices, linens, etc. Delicious, filling breakfast Location, location
S-l-o-w elevator, which malfunctioned once during our four day stay USA Today newspaper, why not The Oregonian ?
There wasn't a lot of food at the breakfast
