The King suite was spacious.
The coffee pot wasn't washed and an old coffee filter pack was still in the top from the previous guests.
Comfortable room, very clean
It was a little hard to find
the staff at the front desk wore smiles and greetings !! this is a great way for weary travelers to be met!!
We had a little difficulty getting back to hotel after dinner I think larger signs at crossroads would really help but we did find you it just took awhile and a few wrong turns
Robbie the night clerk was wonderful. My sister and I arrived after a harrowing day and Robbie checked us in quickly and afforded us every kindness and courtesy. He was very accomodating both nights and we appreciated him very much.
Smelled and bad air condition
Mercy greeted me and was extremely professional and helpful.
Hair dryer didn't work. Toilet was not securely fastened. I notified the day shift clerk. She happily provided a hair dryer and noted the toilet.
The location was great...near everything
The rooms were very spacious.
Breakfast ended too early.
Staff were very friedly
No extra towels, bathroom lights would flicker when we used our hair drier, noise from other rooms was quite apparent
I liked the bed..it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff friendly.
Don't have a complaint.
location to family, shopping, restaurants, etc.
the hot food at the breakfast bar was horrible. I will never eat it again. Instant eggs, tasteless bacon, prefab food. Not good.
Staff was friendly, room has good floor plan with open feel, kitchenette convenient, large size bathroom. Clean. Great breakfast.
Short pool hours. Would be nice to have it open and lights lit until 10 PM or 11 PM instead of closing at dusk. While my son and I were there we had very noisy neighbors in our 1st room 120. They were in the rooms 122 and the one across the hall. 8-10 kids in one room and adults and more kids in the other. They would run in the hall and go between the two rooms with the doors slamming behind them. They also congregated in the hallway and were arguing until after 12:30 AM. We called the front desk and asked to be moved Saturday morning which they did but we had to wait for the room to be ready. Arrived in the room #216 to find the maintenance cart and no personal. Looks like new caulking was added in the bathroom around the base of the tub and the tub faucet was dripping the remainder of our stay and needs repair. The walls and floor could be better insulated, but over all the hotel was nice, just some of the guests are inconsiderate. Saturday evening about 1 AM we were awoken by guests from a wedding partying in the pool. In the morning there were cans and beer bottles all over the pool deck. My son went to the front desk to complain at 1 AM. No one had locked the pool that night. These people were loud and playing chicken in the pool, screaming and being rough in the pool. The pool area was not cleaned until Monday morning where it was closed until noon that day. Several guests were talking about the inconvenience.
