Room was very nice, staff was outstanding

Breakfast was so so

Good location . Clean

Staff dosent take care of complaints. Sprinkles running with a temp of 17 degrees ice sidewalk cars and I fell told desk they didn't post signs for an hour or salt. Dogs barking in room across hall kids slamming doors running in out leaving dogs. For about 2 hours front desk told me that they trry getting hold of them?

Room was nice. Very clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. I seriously doubt we ever stay here again because of the reasons listed below.

The beds are too hard. Both my husband and I have a very bad backache from those hard beds. We stayed in room 105 and on one side the bed felt like it had a lump right where he was trying to sleep. We stayed two nights and both nights I had to turn the a/c unit completely off because it comes on and off so often I couldn't get to sleep. The bathroom door is very hard to manuver around. The bathroom could be squared up so that door doesn't go into the room so much.

very nice and comfortable

in the pool we had young children. a older couple was throwing a football at their son who would jump into the pool next to our grandchildren without either him or his parents watching where he was jumping. they just didn't care about anyone else in the pool to either watch or stop.

The front desk staff were not very pleasant, nor very attentive. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant, though the room could have been cleaner.

Location of room was great. Clean rooms and breakfast area

The service at the front desk was poor the 2nd floor hallway had a foul odor The beds were uncomfortable The sink area was dirty with long strands of hair Too expensive for such poor quality
