Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Savannah-South  

Very spacious and bed was comfortable

The button to turn on the jet was messed up so it wouldn't work

The location of the hotel is only 20 minutes from downtown savannah. The rooms were nice and clean.

The saturday morning (4/6/13) clerk was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her if she can send room service up to my room (300) to receive some new towels and empty the trash cans. Me and my family left the room to go shopping and when we returned, the towels were not changed out and the trash cans were still full. Before we left to go on our riverboat tour I stopped by the desk and asked her if she told room service about my request. She looked at me and replied that she forgot because she had about five things going on at one time. I asked to speak with her manager and she said that he was out until monday. That reply was not the answer I was looking for especially when she said it with a smirk on her face. She then told me that the room service manager was available and radioed her to come assist me. That manager came and she told me the request will be taken care of. When we returned later that evening, it was done.

There were guests there with dogs.

Près de bons restos. Lit confortable et grande chambre. Les suites exécutives sont à recommander.
