I used this hotel for a quick in and out if you know what I mean. Worked well.
location, friendly staff, clean room, great shower
coffee could have been a little better quality. I did not eat the breakfast, went to Cracker Barrel.
The employees were very, very friendly. All did their best to be helpful and fulfill our needs. Most friendly staff I've ever had at a hotel. Thank you to all of them, from the front desk, the breakfast lady, the cleaning staff and the gentleman who got us a needed refrigerator. Thanks to all.
The location was fantastic for us, the beds were comfortable and it was a very clean hotel.
I booked my reservations in advance thru booking dot com. I was suppose to have had two queen beds, a couch and microwave, and a refrigerator, as illustrated in the ad on booking .com, when I reserved 8 nights. The room they first gave me was a single suit, not what I ordered, I ended up with the basic double queen room. No microwave, no refrigerator, no sitting area. FOR 8 NIGHTS. The staff blamed booking.com, it was labor day weekend and rooms in my price range were scarce. Cicero was as close as I could get to Oswego. This hotel has 4 stories and a single elevator. Either I used the elevator at exactly the wrong time every time, or I swear the staff rides around in it for fun. I had my 76 year old Mother with me and they could not accommodate a 1st floor room. For spending over a thousand dollars with them I was very displeased and do not recommend. Disappointed for it to be a Holiday Inn Express and to have that happen to me. SUCKED.
The great location close to I 81 and extremely friendly staff. Beds comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was not up to par with other hotels used in the past.
I like the convenience of the location to Route 81 and the cleanliness of the room is exceptional. The place is truly accommodating to travelers.
The rooms are a bit pricey, even with the use of Booking.com as the resource to secure the reservation.
I liked the facilities available and the friendly staff.
I just didn't like the sausage in the breakfast and I thought there should be more of a variety of the main foods like offering eggs, potatoes, and/or bacon. Just a thought compared to other places we've stayed at.
Very noisy , being next to Rt. 81.. Hearing traffic all night & all morning. Not a very good night sleep.
The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very clean. This is a very nice, quality hotel.
Very limited parking near the front. Breakfast area fills quickly on Saturday morning; sometimes it is difficult to find a table quickly.
The breakfast and the friendliest breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to go the extra mile. I don't remember her name (I think it was Fanny), but she was from Mexico.
There wasn't a bar or any dinner available, but we found the Buffalo Wild Wings nearby,
Very clean and breakfast was good. Pleasant stay.
Can't think of anything. The top blanket was too short.
The stay was enjoyable.
The drive up area could be larger to allow for guests to load and unload luggage.
Great place to stay.
I was spoiled the first time. During the second time, I noted that the lamp over the desk did not work, the bathroom faucet needed work, and when I tried to get breakfast, the dining area was jammed with diners and I had to leave without breakfast. I can address the last item by dining at an earlier time. But the desk lamp and faucet I have to leave to others. Hope they are repaired for the next guests.
