Shuttle service to and from airport. Availability of tea and coffee in the early morning hours. Pool and outdoor pond No real restaurants in walking distance. Huge line-ups at counter. Breakfast not available before early morning flights. Musty smell in room (305).

Staff friendly and efficient. Good AP access. Room in POOR CONDITION ! Rusty shower rod, bed looked like it had been slept in and just re-made, dented lamp shades, old worn furniture, broken AC grill. RUN DOWN !

Staff very helpful and friendly.. Room was big two king beds.. Breakfast very good Did not realise that you had to phone hotel for the shuttle bus to come and pick us up from the airport..

Proximity to the airport Your ad for this hotel said it was 3 blocks from the airport. If I'd tried to walk it I'd still be walking.

clean and the location was good free wifi in rooms good contential breakfast with a few hot items the staff was friendly shuttle only one on at a time always a wait of at least 30 plus minutes, for a suite and the price only one tv and the sitting area and bed are all one room minors repairs are need as most hotels are cutting back on maintenance no hot water, luke warm at best

The shower diverter valve was not working. Could not get comfortable water temp. It was either to hot or to cold. The bathroom sink faucet never had hot water. The staff at front desk seems to be under staffed. The lady had too many started projects, our room was not made up until 2:00pm after we returned from our outing.

walking proximity to the tampa bay bucs stadium - great tasting complimentary breakfast that was kept well stocked even with the large amount of people that were there the elevator scared me - it was noisy and clunky

Holiday Inn Express was very convenient to the airport. The shuttle drivers were very helpful. With no vehicle in Tampa the shuttle took us to a local restaurant for a meal and picked us up again. We had to leave for the airport at 5:30 am and breakfast is not served until 6 am. Having coffee available at 5:30 would have been a nice touch.

Friendly and very helpful staff, willing to accommodate special requests. Bed was very comfortable. Room smelt musty, ac filters need maintenance. Breakfast was OK but would very much have preferred real cutlery.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Shuttle to stadium was delayed and driver didn't know convenient place for drop off. Also, no return shuttle for disabled travelers. Water efficient toilets did not work well.

The location was great for us. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. Our room was very nice and also very clean. Breakfast was good too. And we loved the ducks! Just can't think of a thing we didn't like!

Morgenessen war ok. Mit allem was es braucht. Zimmer mit alten Teppichen. Es hat sich im Zimmer alles etwas feucht angefühlt.
