Basic breakfast - but the price was right!

Carpet appeared fairly clean Fridge in the room is always a bonus No issues overall with anything Unknown facilities, I really only went to my room to sleep. Great location- close to 528 and 417, Florida Mall, and any other shopping you may want to do. Also very close to Seaworld and Universal Studios if you know the proper routes

Rust stains in the bathroom Door to building in the back where I stayed required a room key to open- however it did not work, anyone could gain access to the building

Extremly cheap, we had the 6 persons room, free breakfast with juice, coffee and bagels etc. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable, the sofa was (as normal for a sofa bed) not that good. Cleaned everyday and enough towels, soap etc. Hostel prices, hotel facilities! Check in/out very fast without problems, late check-in no problem!

Maybe the breakfast area is a little small for the size of the hotel, but we didn't had any problems. They do not offer free shuttles to the parks as other (more expensive) hotels do, but we had our own car so no problem for us!

The staff

The rooms smelled like milddew, I asked for a new room and was denied a new one. All the so called locks did not need a key card because they were broke. and the carpets were very dirty.

Adequate refrigerator, room space adequate for 6 people, card activated gate access to pool did not work, check-in staff polite and quick response to request for additional pillow, parking adequate

Poor maintenance upkeep, bathroom door over painted and would bind up when closed, patio doors rollers totally worn out need to man handle to open and close, carpet extremely worn, dust in layers on furniture, toilet not secure to floor, sheets appeared to be used spotted with "petroleum jelly", breakfast area not adequately stocked due to high volume of people (one staff person for 70+travelers), hard beds, bathtub/shower faucet about to fall out of the wall

Friendly and facility to check in

almost nothing, but very short time to have breakfast.

I booked this hotel (2 rooms) via Booking.com and was very disappointed. 1. Telephone not connected (dead) 2. Bathroom: no lighting, no small towels, no toilet paper, could not drain wash basin, (lever broken) 3. bkfst: toasters not working or only on 1 side.

loved the king size suite on first floor so great with kids and spacious

the power went off and stayed off a long time we had to leave and go to the mall. also the key would not work at all the last day they could not fix so frustrating maintenance had to come twice front desck could not fix keys

Rooms need updating. Bit more attention to detail when cleaning bathrooms. Breakfast too short, needs to be till 1030 weekdays and later at weekends! Also could do with being I a bigger room as very crowded and unable to move when there's a rush on!

Bed was very comfortable. Liked having coffee in rm. Refrigerator and microwave was handy. Computer hookup nice

Wifi very slow and difficult to stay connected in room. Plug in by bed had a short in it. Biggest issue was that the bkft did not have any protein available not much hot food even though was advertised as full hot bkft Not enough towels and wash clothes even when asked. Housekeepers did not clean Well on our second day.

Very clean and well maintained facility!! People were very friendly and exceptionally helpful!! Very much enjoyed our stay!!

Bathroom was in need of a make-over

Price location was near lots of stores, and not too far from international drive parking was free , right next to a 7-11 front desk was friendly

There were bugs in the room. The first night a roach crawled from behind the tv and we killed, about 20 minutes later, there was another one. The next night we saw one more. There were a few ants crawling on the side table. I would say infested, but call a bug control guy and fix that. the room was also muggy, we had to keep turning the air on and off because it would be hot and humid in the room ( you could see the condensation on the glass) and then the room would be really cold and you would feel like you were freezing and damp. the maid service came at odd morning hours when we were getting dressed we had to keep asking her to come back extra pillows and sheets were not available one night.

Inexpensive, and near major highways and roads.

The housekeeping staff talked loudly outside our room early in the morning waking us up. The air conditioning system brought in the smells of the restaurant next door.
