L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux parcs d'attraction et à l'aéroport. La piscine est agréable et les chambres, entourant la piscine, très confortables (magnifique lit king size). Quand les enfants, excités par leur visite à Mickey ne veulent pas dormir, impossible de fermer l'oeil, car les chambres communiquent entre elles par deux portes, qui laissent passer tous les bruits.La publicité indiquait qu'une navette était à disposition pour Seaword. Rien n'est moins vrai. On nous a répondu qu'il n'y en avait plus. |

The front desk very professional. The room was fantastic: living room with cable TV, sofa, chairs, bathroom and kitchen. Then you enter in the bedroom properly: two queen beds, another TV set, another completed bathroom...Next trip for sure I will stay at this same hotel. It would be a crime to say something against this wonderfull hotel. |

Great staff. Clean room. Felt car was safe. Hot lady doing breakfast was outstanding. No typical Florida mold odor. Maid staff was very friendly. Get rid of the train at 6am. Fix the ice machine. More cable channels. |

Good location, great wireless internet. Maintainance and Check In Staff were very courteous and helpful. Facilities are old, but clean. The entry doors to the room's halls were suppose to be locked with key entry. They were all left open. |

The staff were nice and helpful and the rooms were very clean. They allow pets and if you are lucky enough to get in the first floor of the back bldg you can just let your dog out the patio door. Small pets are welcome in the rooms. |

Front staff was extremely friendly, very accomodating, the breakfast consisted of a good variety of fruit, yoghurt, toast etc. that pleased both myself and my teenage son. The outside doorways were always unlocked and the area the hotel was located made safety a concern. |

The service of the desk/frontoffice manager, mr. Dennis, was very good. Also the service of the taxi available at the hotel. The breakfast was also good,a choice for everyone.Thank you for the nice stay |

It was very clean the staff was very friendly. I had forgotten my tooth paste at home but luckily the hotel provides some free things if you forgot them and that was one of them so I was very lucky. They provide you with toothbrushes,toothpaste,razors,etc if you need them. The phone did not work but it wasnt really the hotels fault, their telephone pole had gotten struck by lightining so they were making repairs. |

Affordable and comfortable Hotel was very noisy in the early morning hours with excited families on vacation. was a little annoying. Rude guests with no regard to other guests. |

Our room presented a small problem beyond the control of the staff. We were relocated with a minimum of fuss and to our satisfaction Breakfast was a little dissapointing but I do not blame the hotel for that.It was the old custom of to many folk putting more on the plate than they could eat and then filling pockets with snacks for later. |

The rooms where very confort and clean; it was excelent a well as the staff. The staff was very nice with us as guests and very interested in our pleasure stay. I think that the breakfast needed eggs or something salty. |
