The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Ample supply of towels. I needed a location close to the car park for the airport and this was an excellent location for that.
Wi-Fi no good. The outside doors are supposed to require a room key for entrance for security and they don't work - the doors don't even close.
Breakfast was good.
The carpet had stains. My shower curtain had holes in it. The bed was like sleeping on a spring with no padding. The building smelled like a super old house. The washer and dryer were $2 for each and they don't have a coin machine the pointed me to the 7 11 down the road.
location & value
They had put my reservation in the computer on the wrong date, and they tried to change the rate on because my reservation was not there. Also I had to wait for 2 hours to check in to fix it, I end up checking in at 2:00 AM. Also the pool was closed, we didn't get to swim the whole time.
Roaches all over in the room terrible I never stay l have to leave the plact
The rooms were comfortable. I like having a patio. The location was great to everything and the tollway.
The breakfast room chairs where the grossest I've seen anywhere. We sat on towels. There were no linens available for the pull out sofa.
The restroom was dirty and old. I paid almost $80 dollars and the customer service was bad, the aspect of the room and restroom was disgusting.
The breakfast and location
The place needs updated and fast The worst part of this hotel is the smell. It smelled so bad of dog/cat and smoke.
Friendly staff. Overall Good for the money.
Breakfast is ok but you get tired after 3 days. It is a pet friendly hotel so be aware of this before booking. The hotel is right next to a train railroad so you will hear trains passing by late in the night. Not a problem unless you have a very light sleep.
The website stated the gym and pool were out of service during renovations so that was ok. The location is centralized for the airport access and other places of interest. Very good motel for the price and clean.
The staff overall was great. However, we have two small dogs-a min pin and a miniature dachshund. The management knew we had them so that was not an issue. We asked beforehand where we can sit in the restaurant with our dogs. We were told to sit away from other guests. We found a table and then we were told to sit outside where the temp was about 45 degrees. Since this was not acceptable, we were told to sit in the lobby. Then the management told us to sit upstairs in our room. We just sat in the lobby and finished our breakfast. Management di not know how to handle special cases.
had a problem, was taken care of
The price! Less than $50 per night in a good location in the center of town. And that price included a passable breakfast for three adults.
Bathroom shower/tub must have leaked some water under the wall into the adjacent main room beneath the carpet. This possibly caused a slight "moldy" odor and a small area of damp carpet. Although reported to the housekeeping staff, no action was taken
Price was excellent
No internet and bad reception on TV in the room
I liked the continental breakfast, the staff, and comfort of room.
I didn't like the rusty drains, tub. The hotel just needed maintenance....it's an older hotel but could be kept up with regular maintenance. Also, the wifi does not work in every room like they say when you book the room.
The build is old paint coming off carpet dirty, it's simply out dated and it do not look like the pictures.
Musty damp room and the towels were so thin and old they did not dry you off. Breakfast was only a very few slim choices. Bread or cereal.
Room service was terrible, asked for towels at 9 pm, and didn't get them until 10:50 the next morning and check out time is 11. When we were leaving the room we noticed countless ants crawling all over the bed that we had just slept in for two nights. we thought saving money on a weekend Disney trip was a good idea, however we now realize it was a terrible decision. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even someone with a budget. There are many different hotels in the vicinity that can satisfy your needs.
The pool was closed. The rooms were verry damp. And they smelled like mold. In one of the bathrooms small insects and a bigger cockroach. I recommend to stay some were els.
excellent localization nearby good restaurants, outlets, etc
The size of the room was MORE than sufficient. There was plenty of room for our family of five and it was really nice to have a separate bedroom.
My only issue was with the layout of the breakfast and just the incredible amount of people in such a small space. But that was mostly our fault for waiting until the last minute.
Seriously, there was a prostitute standing the next driveway over from the hotel. I was with my family with young children and this is not a safe neighborhood. The bedding and towels were all stained. The bed made a loud metal popping sound, loudly, anytime we moved. I bought the hotel room online and should have known by the price it was going to be a dump. The people checking in after me paid $160.00 for their room and I didn't think it was worth the $55 I paid! As soon as we walked in, the smell of stale smoke hits you. There were several garbage bags in the hallway. The outside door didn't lock to get into the hotel. The rooms bar lock wasn't screwed into the wall securely and the sliding glass door had a sign on it that read "This door does not open for your safety". By the time we arrived it was 2:30 in the morning, so looking for another hotel room was out of the question. Please do not stay here. The place was dirty, stunk and is not safe.
The room was clean, breakfast very decent. Overall good value for money and comfortable for our visit to theme parks.
Unfortunately our stay was tainted by the accusations of narcotic use. Not kidding. We received a phone call from a woman at the front desk saying we had to check out that very day, because the pool cleaner said he could smell narcotics coming from our room. This was said without even checking where it was coming from and when I said there were no such items in our room, she did not believe me. The property manager then investigated and found it to be coming from another room. Overall the situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner, and even though we did not make a big deal about it, we still receives no apology for the rude service.
The price was right. You get what you pay for though.
Free breakfast was always too packed and picked over to get anything. Requested towels and it took over 3 hours to get them. When we went to the front desk to pick some up ourselves they told us the towels were not ready yet and they would bring them to our room. We ended up drying off with one hand towel amongst the six of us since we had plans for the day & couldn't wait to take our showers. Towels were delivered as we were leaving 3 hours after we requested them.
