Price was excellent
No internet and bad reception on TV in the room
I liked the continental breakfast, the staff, and comfort of room.
I didn't like the rusty drains, tub. The hotel just needed maintenance....it's an older hotel but could be kept up with regular maintenance. Also, the wifi does not work in every room like they say when you book the room.
The build is old paint coming off carpet dirty, it's simply out dated and it do not look like the pictures.
Musty damp room and the towels were so thin and old they did not dry you off. Breakfast was only a very few slim choices. Bread or cereal.
Room service was terrible, asked for towels at 9 pm, and didn't get them until 10:50 the next morning and check out time is 11. When we were leaving the room we noticed countless ants crawling all over the bed that we had just slept in for two nights. we thought saving money on a weekend Disney trip was a good idea, however we now realize it was a terrible decision. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even someone with a budget. There are many different hotels in the vicinity that can satisfy your needs.
The pool was closed. The rooms were verry damp. And they smelled like mold. In one of the bathrooms small insects and a bigger cockroach. I recommend to stay some were els.
excellent localization nearby good restaurants, outlets, etc
The size of the room was MORE than sufficient. There was plenty of room for our family of five and it was really nice to have a separate bedroom.
My only issue was with the layout of the breakfast and just the incredible amount of people in such a small space. But that was mostly our fault for waiting until the last minute.
Seriously, there was a prostitute standing the next driveway over from the hotel. I was with my family with young children and this is not a safe neighborhood. The bedding and towels were all stained. The bed made a loud metal popping sound, loudly, anytime we moved. I bought the hotel room online and should have known by the price it was going to be a dump. The people checking in after me paid $160.00 for their room and I didn't think it was worth the $55 I paid! As soon as we walked in, the smell of stale smoke hits you. There were several garbage bags in the hallway. The outside door didn't lock to get into the hotel. The rooms bar lock wasn't screwed into the wall securely and the sliding glass door had a sign on it that read "This door does not open for your safety". By the time we arrived it was 2:30 in the morning, so looking for another hotel room was out of the question. Please do not stay here. The place was dirty, stunk and is not safe.
The room was clean, breakfast very decent. Overall good value for money and comfortable for our visit to theme parks.
Unfortunately our stay was tainted by the accusations of narcotic use. Not kidding. We received a phone call from a woman at the front desk saying we had to check out that very day, because the pool cleaner said he could smell narcotics coming from our room. This was said without even checking where it was coming from and when I said there were no such items in our room, she did not believe me. The property manager then investigated and found it to be coming from another room. Overall the situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner, and even though we did not make a big deal about it, we still receives no apology for the rude service.
The price was right. You get what you pay for though.
Free breakfast was always too packed and picked over to get anything. Requested towels and it took over 3 hours to get them. When we went to the front desk to pick some up ourselves they told us the towels were not ready yet and they would bring them to our room. We ended up drying off with one hand towel amongst the six of us since we had plans for the day & couldn't wait to take our showers. Towels were delivered as we were leaving 3 hours after we requested them.
Atleast there was more than toast and waffles to choose from for breakfast and on a Saturday it was till 10am
Once again beds were a slap of cement so called security lock on the sliding door was broken and the extra lock screwed to the wall was barely secured the ac cover was broken kept falling off didn't even have extra toilet paper rolls it had less then half of a rolls ice machine outside our bldg was broken
The pool was cold nothing to worm it up, the pool need to be work on its a hazard. The ice disposer need to be replace.
the breakfast was very good and the woman that takes care of the breakfast was very good at her job.
the ice machine don't work.
Pollos a la brasa mario. The restaurant next door can probably be the only good thing about staying here.
We booked 4 nights 3 days to visit the parks and outlets in orlando. We had a double suite with 2 queen beds and an extra room with a sofa bed. My father slept in the sofa bed and the next morning he woke up with tiny bites that looked like a rash. We didnt think much of it since we were all too excited to go to the parks. During the day the rash spread more and more and by our 4th day in orlando it was really bad. We came back home and took him to the doctor and he said that it was flea bites!!! Fleas that were living in the disgusting sofa bed that he slept on for 3 nights. The first night of us staying there, we found a cockroach in the restroom and left a note for the housekeeping lady so she could clean it up, by the time we had to check out after our 3 nights stay, the cockroach was still there. After asking to talk to the manager about it he refused, we left a letter of complaint to which we never got response. Today I called and they told me that with no proof of him getting the bites from their hotel they cannot do anything. Which I find ridiculous since I highly doubt he got flea bites from any disney parks or shopping malls. Please take my advice and take your hard earned money elsewhere, these people lack cleanliness in every aspect
The bed was comfy, the room was clean, they had a waffle maker for breakfast, the location was great: close to highways and easily accessible and they had a good selection of folders and flyers.
The breakfast selection missed certain preferences such as eggs.
Gave a free upgrade
Check Out key wouldnot let me into front Lobby
Starway smelled like urine, hallway wreaked of smoke. Room was dingy, smelled like body odor, bathroom was horrendous, shower city had holes in it. I should be refunded my money.
Breakfast made up for the out-of-date facilities.
Ice machine not working, blankets and pillows were old and had holes and drool stains.
King bed was comfortable
Bathrooms were cleaned, chip paint, grout. Mattress missing on let out couch.
Close to everything , staff is grear
Rooms need a deep cleaning and new sheets and pillows.
Breakfast was good...
I got bitten by bed bugs, and the staff didn't seem interested, even when I was able to photograph several dozen or the little blighters. I got conjunctivitis as a result, too. Avoid!
