Location, location, location. Front desk person was working very hard but was expected to check in guests, check out guests, act as switchboard operator and take phone reservations. All at the same time with no help. Where was the manager to jump in when it got busy?

Your hotel fulfilled its goal of being an easy jump to the airport. However, you exceeded my expectations by offering all the simple things and doing them right: a great price, a comfortable and spacious room, breakfast, airport shuttle back and forth, and free parking while we were away. And upon our return 11 days later, one of your staff - Josh - enthusiastically helped me dig out my car from a mountain of snow and gave me a push. Really above and beyond! As I said -- all basic services, but combined together and offered with such courtesy, your hotel made our simple sleepover into a nice part of the vacation. Thank you!

I complained to the staff about my kids getting little to no sleep because of a teenage party going on across the hall- person at desk said that she would take 20.00 off of my bill- ridiculous!!

The location was the reason we chose this hotel. We had a family party to attend, it was less than 1 mile away. I don't think the price justified the hotel. It was ok, not great. We paid $139.99 for 1 night. Our room overlooked the parking lot on the side- really nothing to look at. Breakfast was included, same old, but ok. Just nothing to make it worth the money. I have stayed at better hotels in resort areas that cost less per night. Maybe because it is next to the airport, they feel they can charge more than it's worth.

Breakfast was included but highly disappointing. We went to Syracuse to have breakfast as we could not eat what the hotel had to offer.
