Attractive and clean. Very friendly and capable staff. Pricing was dictated by Syracuse University's Graduation Ceremonies, when the hotels in the area where fully booked. The hot water ran out early due to the morning rush toward the graduation ceremony. The shower faucet was missing a non-essential part of the handle.
