Although I had booked a room through booking.com ( I thought I was booking directly through Holiday Inn Express) while traveling through the snow storm, when I arrived, I learned that they had been sold out for an hour. Much to my relief, when I showed them the confirmation from Booking.com in my email, the staff allowed me to stay in a handicap0 accessible room that was still available. Otherwise, I would have been forced back out onto the hazardous road conditions on I84 at 9:00 at night. Nothing. I would recommend them - not booking.com - highly to anyone who asks.

Location for I-84 access, great Italian restaurant (Angelino's) next door! It was all pretty good for us.
