there was bot much to like. 1. the hotel is not in hyattsville. 2. the hotel is in Landover hills 3. we searched in heavy rain for hours at midnight for the hotel in hyattsville 4. the first room we got, the beds were slept in 5. the hotel smelled old and smoky 6.

I liked everything, the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city, but with the shuttle, is somewhat better, although I would like the shuttle was a little further, especially at night.

Friendly staff, clean room and good service. It is located right beside the high way which leads to downtown Washington. Walmart across the street has everything we might need from diapers to snacks for the kids. We also like the breakfast. Very good for this price.

I loved the hotel's appearance overall, and the fact that hot breakfast was included.

I didn't like that the hotel didnt have our rates correct upon check out. I told the worker at the front desk that I booked online with booking.com for $22 less than the rate that was being applied to my card, for each room. When I gave him my booking confirmation number, he said he looked it up, and the rate he charged was correct. So, I got on the phone and spoke with Nicole, a rep for booking.com who did confirm I was being charged the wrong rate. At that point, she took it upon herself to contact the hotel for me and was able to fax a copy of my booking confirmation to the front desk, and I was credited the difference for the rooms. I didn't even have to ask her to do all of that for me. Thank you Nicole for your excellent customer service!!

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were well maintained.

I really didn't feel secure from the time I walked in. It was hard not to notice the sheet of glass the host was sitting behind. I think that the rooms could be updated, new carpet, bed spreads, and tvs. Even though it was clean, I didnt feel like it was!

The hotel is well-located, just off the BW Parkway. This made it easy to find. It is well-maintained. The building looks very modern and attractive. It was very clean. There was plenty of parking available. It had free WiFi and access information was given at check-in. There was nothing we wanted for. We had a very enjoyable stay and would be pleased to stay there again when we are in the area. We recommend it highly.

It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing except with a wheelchair we can always use more space.

The service was amazing - from the cab driver, receptionist to the cleaners. We felt right at home.

Good quality / price

Helpful staff, clean rooms, enough space, free parking and internet, I would not recommend if you don't travel with a car, very near to city centre There is a Wall-mart just accross the Hotel and many places to eat

The location was only 2miles from my relatives home.

Convenient to Metro for dc sightseeing, and to Annapolis for same. Outgoing staff. Good complimentary breakfast.

Minor annoyances: hook on bathroom door not secure, bathroom vent fan didn't operate.

De buurt is niet best, als je met de auto binnenkomt en weer vertrekt is er niets aan de hand maar even gezellig winkelen in de nabije Mall is minder gezellig.
