Free Wifi. Inclusive Breakfast would have been good if you could get to it. We booked for 4 nights but left after 1. Perhaps this is ok for a cheap deal, with a room on a higher floor but we had a terrible experience. The first room we were put in was a joke, room 112 with a door directly into the lobby and breakfast area, next to the elevator, and a noisy ice machine. No other rooms available, except one with a half-broken door lock (no safe in room either, so felt very secure!) This was on the 'cellar' level which has a few rooms and then various employee break rooms, toilets, offices, cleaners cupboards. It is not ok to vacuum past midnight, or fix toilets at 4.30am, or shout and chatter in the break room all night. Bad nights sleep for over $300. Ridiculous. We gladly used their free internet to book another much nicer hotel and checked out.

The location of this hotel is very good- just a few blocks from Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building and the subway. The daily complimentary breakfast is very good and worth getting up for. The rooms are clean and renovated, but on the small side. This is an entirely NON SMOKING hotel, so if you smoke, do NOT stay there. The rooms are rather small---2 double beds in 1 room was a stretch. The cable TV is very basic, not a lot of channels.

Very good location, one block to metro #1, two blocks to penn station. Walking distance to Empire State Building. Several restaurants around. Room space is OK. Close to street but no noise. The breakfast is average but good enough. Staff are friendly. Good place to stay. Old in decoration, the heater is kind of noise at night.

Conveniently located 2 blocks from Penn Station. A short walk to 7th and close to alot of amenities. Very clean and well appointed King size bed room. Not large but still well laid out. Nice bathroom very modern and stylish and well kept. Was very happy when I opened the door. Breakfast included in the room rate, made this a very good deal. Staff was very polite and outlined all that was offered with a little pamphlet with instructions. Good customer service at the front desk. Nothing. I would go back there in a flash.

During my stay at the hotel I found it was hard to breath. It felt like I was constantly breathing in glass and my two friends felt the same. Every time id leave for the day id feel better. And as soon as I returned to stay the irritation started. Try investing in air purifiers. I'm sure you can afford it at your "deals"

Great value for money, nice and clean room though not very big, breakfast included, free wi-fi and 3 computers for guests on the reception. Excellent location, we were able to reach everything by foot. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everybody who looks for good hotel without need to pay too much. The only thing I didn't like is 5-7 mins queue for the breakfast.

The room was very small. The thermostat was either broken or very hard to figure out. The room was 59-61 degrees most of my stay.

Good location. Quite but close to Madison Square Garden and Time Square. Good continental breakfast although the service area is small and in the lobby. Have free coffee all day. Room is so small. The closet is so tiny but the bed is okay.

Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. Hot beverages were also available all day long. Excellent location close to all shopping facilities & Times square. The size of the room was small and crowded. The rooms doors make a loud noise when opening and closing. No kettle or microwave available in the standard rooms.

I thought the front of house staff were excellent, the breakfast was good although eating in the entrance hall takes some getting used to. The location is perfect and the rooms are adequate for a short stay The sheets were not changed when they were requested to, some of the facilities that were advertised were not there (microwave and trouser press).
