Free Wifi. Inclusive Breakfast would have been good if you could get to it. We booked for 4 nights but left after 1. Perhaps this is ok for a cheap deal, with a room on a higher floor but we had a terrible experience. The first room we were put in was a joke, room 112 with a door directly into the lobby and breakfast area, next to the elevator, and a noisy ice machine. No other rooms available, except one with a half-broken door lock (no safe in room either, so felt very secure!) This was on the 'cellar' level which has a few rooms and then various employee break rooms, toilets, offices, cleaners cupboards. It is not ok to vacuum past midnight, or fix toilets at 4.30am, or shout and chatter in the break room all night. Bad nights sleep for over $300. Ridiculous. We gladly used their free internet to book another much nicer hotel and checked out.

we loved the breakfast witch was really good, lots of different things....Yummmyyyyy staff was also really kind and helpful, and our room was nice and confortable. The hotel has a really good location, close to most of the main attractions and also the metro station. For us that s definitely a winner, we ll be back...

Location for Penn station and the front desk staff were good and gave us a good recomendation for a nearby resteraunt. The bed looked as if it had been slept in and the sheets had marks on them we asked got these to be changed and they did this immediately I had asked for a quiet room as we had a 5.30am start but we got a 2nd floor room at the front I did wonder if it would be quiet but trusted it would be, big mistake the bin men were out in force at 3.30am nice.

It met my needs as far as location and price. Nyc is very expensive and this room included breakfast which lowered the all over cost. I was also concerned about the problem of bedbugs in hotels and I found everything spotless and no bedbug problem. The breakfast area was very crowded. The staff was very good about keeping all the food available. Overall it was very good.

Quiet room, nice people, excellent location! To less tables and chairs for breakfast - too many people every morning.

Ecellent location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Extremely crowded breakfast area. It takes sometimes 10 min to be seated. "Continental" breakfast probably meets American standards but definitely not European standards. Plain youghurt is not available. Fruits (apples) are available only at the beginining of breakfast hours. Two lifts are not enough for the capacity of the hotel. They are always overcrowded between 7.00-9.00 a.m. Poor acoustic insulation between rooms and corridor.

The price that we got on booking.com was lower then go with the Holiday Inn Express's website (even being a vip member of the hotel chain), location to Time Square and walking distance to Central park and other highlight sites. The room were clean (yes, small, but still very nice to stay in), hotel staff were welcoming, helpful & friendly, the breakfast was good and enough food for everyone. Having the computers in the main lobby was easy to use and there was chairs & tables to sit outside if you wanted. Plus coffee & water through out the day. For some reason the toilets on the 3rd level would all make this loud noise through the pipes when you flushed them, which sounded like a train horn, (weird) but the washroom were still very clean and had a lot of towels to use. The street out front of the hotel is busy and can be loud day & night at times, ear plugs to help fall asleep was an excellent idea to bring on the trip. But you have to remember that this is the City that never sleeps, so keep that in mind when it's night time.

It's located very closely to Penn Station so you don't have to truck suitcases all over the city, It comes at a very fair price Getting anywhere in New York City is easy with some help from nice people so whatever you plan to do, you can get there easily no matter where you stay. Being coffee lovers we loved the access to good coffee at all hours in their lobby Not really a complaint but the floors in the bathroom were so clean you could slip on them!

Location was great: only 10min. Walking from Time Square, 3min. To Penn Station what is important, if you come from jfk, good breakfast and free coffee/tea during the day, Room was relatively small, but ok for the price we paid.

Clean, good price, and only two blocks from Madison Square Garden. The free breakfast is always very good--especially the biscuits. The heating is noisy when the fan is on. For some reason tho, even w/ the heat up to 75 degrees, I couldn't get warm.

The room was very small. The thermostat was either broken or very hard to figure out. The room was 59-61 degrees most of my stay.

Conveniently located 2 blocks from Penn Station. A short walk to 7th and close to alot of amenities. Very clean and well appointed King size bed room. Not large but still well laid out. Nice bathroom very modern and stylish and well kept. Was very happy when I opened the door. Breakfast included in the room rate, made this a very good deal. Staff was very polite and outlined all that was offered with a little pamphlet with instructions. Good customer service at the front desk. Nothing. I would go back there in a flash.

During my stay at the hotel I found it was hard to breath. It felt like I was constantly breathing in glass and my two friends felt the same. Every time id leave for the day id feel better. And as soon as I returned to stay the irritation started. Try investing in air purifiers. I'm sure you can afford it at your "deals"
