Flew down for a day for my birthday. City is so much fun and this hotel makes it easy to roam the city. It's clean and comfortable. Had fun watching some football with the owner of the hotel pub. Very friendly staff. It was nice to come in and be cooled off after such a hot day, too. Will stay here again!

The Chateau Lemoyne was quite comfortable, and we had an enjoyable stay there. Staff were quite nice, though not exceptionally attentive. Location was ideal, and we found the rooms to be clean and quite pleasant. I don't have anything negative to say about our stay here. * If you need to catch a cab, walk a block down towards canal street - there's a larger hotel with a reliable taxi stand there.

Ms. Anna at check in was a very nice lady.

View of kitchen vent from window. Air conditioner didn't work. Bad smell in room. Worst mattress I've ever sleep on. If you only need a place for your suitcase this rm will be great. Valet parking is 34.00/day + tax.

Enjoyed being within easy walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Would have liked a complimentary breakfast included and pool side service with drinks!!

Ease of walking to bourbon street.

That I specifically asked for rooms with a balcony and didn't get them.

Every staff member we encountered was helpful and genuinely nice! The location was right inside of the French Quarter which made for easy access to all of the major sites we wanted to visit. All around, a great stay and I recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family!

I liked the location and the friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.

Walls were paper thin and we could here a lot of talking. The room had plenty of room for a refrigerator and microwave- which are always needed. Request to stay on the outside rooms you can here a lot of pool noise.

If you want to be close to the action and shopping , this is your place. One block from Bourbon street and 2 blocks from the antiques and shops on Royal. Far enough away from Bourbon that you don't hear the noise at night. 3 blocks from Canal which is more shops and places like CVS.

Only meal that you can get here is breakfast. Obviously gastronomy is one of the high point is NOLA- but the convenience of having room service is always a plus- especially when traveling with someone who has special needs and cannot get around as well as a normal person.

Located just around the corner from Bourbon Street and in the middle of the French Quarter was awesome. The service at the frontdesk was very helpful, when they helped me getting my misplaced luggage back from the airport.

    Breakfast expensive and not included.

    Staff helpful.

Unfortunate the room was fully enclosed within the building - no windows! Carpets and soft furnishing were not clean, a bit of a test for sinus sufferers.

Located in the French quarter but not on an extremely busy and noisy street. Easy walk to French quarter attractions. No particular view from balcony so unless you just want Fresh air skip paying extra for a balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had not thought about paying for parking of over $35 per day, the valet service only. However they were able to retrieve the car in under two minutes each time no matter what time of day or night.

The location was excellent. Only one block off Bourbon St. I never felt unsafe even getting back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning

The restaurant was only open for breakfast daily.

I liked the fact that they upgraded our rooms when we made it. I love how nice the overall staff was. Needs a few improvements nothing too major though.

I did not like the ripped $20 dollar bills that came out of their ATM, when we asked if they could exchange them their response was "Why would we do that? What will we do with them?" I did not like the fact that our room had multiple locked doors leading to only God knows where. The ONLY staff that was not people friendly was the nightshift lady. The overweight one with the short hair, African American. She really need to take some type of classes or something. And I didn't like the fact that the rooms didn't have microwaves
