I enjoyed the clean, up-dated feel of my room. The service at check-in was efficient and friendly. I was able to stay close to my son's home without exceeding a reasonable budget. The ice machine on the second floor was not operating. A young man ordering 4 breakfasts at take out counter (at an already extravagant price) was told he could pick up waters at the front desk...for $2.50 a piece! I think it would benefit the Holiday Inn name to make those waters complimentary.

The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. The walk-in shower was a great touch although counter space was minimal. Overal, I was very impressed with the entire facility. No breakfast was included

i absolutely loved the bed!! Best 2 nights sleep in along time. Nothing to eat late at night. After we returned from a concert at 2am, we had nothing to eat at the hotel.

Loved the flat screen, fridge, closet, bathroom layout.. Walk in shower.. The walk in shower wasn't quite big enough for 2 people. ;) ;)

Rooms were beautiful!! dirty glasses and dishes sitting in hallways outside rooms. No towels in pool at night when pool would be used most!!

It was our first time. We usually pick another establishment. We were very satisfied. It was New Years Eve. We went to the restaurant. The bar only was open making it not quite so nice. We would be sure the restaurant was open if we returned another time. However the waiter could not have nicer or more accommodating and the food was excellent. We told the chef also how delicious the food was. Another couple came in and almost left as it was just not New Years Eve for dinner in a bar. At least open a few tables in the dining room.

Super clean room, lobby was awesome, friendly staff. Great air conditioning. Very easy to get to airport. We stayed on a Saturday night and had a pretty early flight. Loved the work out room - great air conditioning in there too. Restaurant didn't open until 7 am - too late for us to eat breakfast. This wasn't a really big deal, but I had aniticipated it would open at 0600 or 0630.

The rooms were really nice and spacious and clean. The pool was also nice. The hotel charged me for two nights when I didn't even stay there for one full night. However, issue was resolved then and there. Pool floor was also dirty.

The location was nice and the price was very nice. The hotel was not that full and yet we got the loudest person staying right next door to us. Also the sink in the bathroom got scalding hot but the shower was barely warm.

Loved the shower. I liked the refrigerator. There was no microwave in the room. There were no snack machines on the floor, we had to go to the lobby for snacks and a microwave.
