The rooms where clean, and tastefully decorated.
When the cleaning lady very nasty. .asked when are we leaving!then parked her large Wagon of dirty sheets, and empty beer bottles outside our door so we could not pass!I found this very rude.
The bed. The room. Staff was cool and the area
When the cleaning lady opened my door while I was still sleeping to wipe the door
Lication. Good neighborhood but out of the way
Was a very nice stay, would recommend it
The Holiday Inn was very nice, the staff was very friendly. The Rooms were very clean and quiet; lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and visiting the Bar and Grill for meals. Very convenient location would highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms were very nice and were clean and comfy.
Restaurant was very strange. Cook never showed up and waitress had to cook breakfast. Food order didn't come so there was no rye or wheat bread. No juice. English muffin had big spot of mold on the bottom..The waitress was very upset and could be heard yelling at the host who refused to help her. Very crazy but she was a good cook.
The location, it was close to everything .
The staft unwillingness to provide any service, ugly acttitud and disregard for our needs they did not have a spanish speaking person so we were unable to comunicate.
easy access to the PNC arena easy parking very comfortable beds
pets are allowed - kinda weird, but they weren't too noticeable
The staff in the bar were superb, and the pool was great.
Customer service and cleaned room ,
Need fan for bath room , need to be suck out the bath room air while you using it , WiFi was poor signal .
Checking in and checking out was quick despite it being a holiday weekend. Easy to access and find.
Not enough pool side chairs to lay and get sun on.
It seemed to be a hangout for young adults. It was a holiday weekend. They seem to be having a get together in the common areas of the hotel.
Ease of check in, distance from where we had to be.
Couldn't keep a steady temp in guest room, got very warm when it shut off during the night. Asked upon check in if 2 cards could be used to settled the bill. Was completely ignored when asked the question. Asked again upon check out, same associate, and she claimed she didn't know how to do it. Working in a hotel, I know it's an option. Eventually it was done.
Abbey at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. She really made the hassles that go along with traveling a lot easier with all of her knowledgable tips and genuine smile! Oh and the pillows were unbelievably comfy!!
If I had to nitpick and find something I didn't like, it would have to be their "complementary" breakfast selection... I mean really, every no name nothing motel has a complimentary good breakfast. Yogurt and cereal would have sufficed.
-very helpful & friendly staff -comfortable rooms -convenient location
pool area furniture - old, some broken
Bed was extremely soft, did not sleep well at all.
