Holiday Inn Opryland-Airport (Briley Parkway)    

It was comfortable and clean and a good location.

Hotel is kind of old and tired. Needs an updating.

The location was a good central point of where we wanted to go.

We were told that when you use a third booking party it does not guarantee your room. First we were told we could not get our smoking rooms, then we were told we would have to wait an extra hour to get them. After a three hour drive it was very frustrating.

Staff at restaurants were not accommodating or friendly. had to wait for seating, menus, ordering and check and they were not busy. food was over priced for the quality as were rooms.

I thought the design of the main level of the hotel was nice and the rooms where up to date.

Bathroom didn't have a fan and it smelled moldy. It didn't seem like I was actually in Nashville or near the Opry.

Everyone was so friendly. There was plenty to do at the hotel and plenty surrounding the hotel. It felt luxury, especially for the inexpensive-ness of the nightly rate

Having booked a non smoking room I was surprised to find that there was not one available on checking in. The smoking room that we had to stay in was dirty and had no bins and really stank. The next morning I was going to leave and change hotels but was told that there was now a non smoking room available, so we moved rooms and stayed. Needless to say I will not be booking with Holiday inns in future as what you book is not what you get and feel that my booking was accepted under false pretences.

hotel staffs were awesome and the hotel food was acceptable price. I love it.

cleanness should improve a lot. I found some ticks[BB's friend] on my bed............

I really liked being close to down town Nashville

The outrageous price for coffee in the restaurant.

The hotel was very pretty when lit up outside at night.

When we first arrived we were told what we booked (standard room) was just whatever they had available so they sent us to a smoking room with a king bed on the 7th floor... We had a 1 year old with us and we do not smoke. When the elevator doors opened to our floor all you could smell was smoke. Upon opening the door to our room the smell was 10x worse. We went straight back to the desk and requested a nonsmoking room. Neither time were we told our room number, we had to find it in our key holder. The 2nd room was somewhat better but when the heat came on you could smell smoke again. The floor didn't appear to have been vaccumned and the pillowcases looked wrinkley and used. The next day when we left our clothes and luggage smelt like smoke. We will not return.

I have never in my life stayed at a hotel and been up te entire night due to grown kids running up and down the hall all night yelling and beating on the doors and walls!! This went on until 4 am and we had to get up at 5 so needless to stay we won't stay there again!!

Front desk staff was accommodating after a rough night.

Huge contingent of college-age guests were very unruly through very late hours, and a couple of them, while drunk, tried to break into our room at midnight.

The room was remodeled and a nice size. It felt very high end in some aspects.

The ice machine on my floor did not work. It seemed that the area around the smoke detector on the ceiling had been on fire. One of my lamps did not have a light bulb. Pillows were not comfortable.

No hot water one whole day , the room looked nothing like the photos on Internet, no continental breakfast , no frig room smelled musty

There wasn't really anything we didn't like we really enjoyed our visit and would probably stay here again...

There wasn't anything we didnt like was a little disappointed the sauna was out of order but I know sometimes things happen...

Close to shopping and good restaurants.

There were 2 of us in the room and there was 1 cup for coffee and 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf coffee. We were disappointed about the coffee situation as we both drink reg coffee and only 1 cup.

No hot water, halls were about 90 degrees and very short staffed due to the "Saffold" family reunion of about 80 freaking people who basically took over the pool, restaurant and anything else they wanted. I was very disappointed.

The hotel was very accessible to downtown and a mall was right down the interstate. My wife and I were there for the "Brothers of the Sun" tour and our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.

The only thing I found a little questionable was the cleanliness of our bathroom. My wife noticed a suspect hair on the floor in the corner, one disinfecting wipe and we were alright. Would have asked for another room, but our view was great and it was extremely busy that weekend.

Location was very important and it was perfect location for our stay in Nashville. Loved the beds, pillows - very comfortable.

The only downside was the morning breakfast - they did not have enough servers to accommodate the guests so there was a long wait for breakfast.

We liked the location close to the Grand ol Opry. We attended a Priority Club welcome event after Arriving and won dinner for 2 at Holiday Inn Which was so nice. It was CMA week and all Restaurants & hotels were very busy, but we Were treated very well at Holiday Inn for the 2 nights we stayed

There were some loud guests on our floor it was CMA week , so lots of late events going on all Over Nashville. It eventually quieted down but We were woke up both nights Not the hotels fault at all
