Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked. I was expecting a better mattress for the cost of the room
There was a white substance on the bed that was very visible. We only got one wash cloth for four people
Staff was very helpful and courteous.
The bed were the hardest beds I have ever slept on. My back was hurting and so was my girlfriends back when we awoke the next morning. They also have half size pillows. Not sure what that's about.
Lobby was the only thing we found clean.
the cleanliness of the hotel, we were very disappointed with the check-in service and conditions of the rooms we had 7 rooms booked and all 7 were in poor conditions
Staff was very nice and rooms were clean.
TV was not working properly. Room service food was not hot.
nice staff, clean rooms, about a 10 minute drive from most nashville attractions, downtown etc. awesome breakfast (but not free)
gym and pool were small
I simply LOVED Walter the omelet man - the breakfast bar was delish!!! This will be my place to stay whenever I travel back to Nashville!
The pool and the room were very nice.....staff at checkout were also very nice
Staff at check in was very short and not informative or very helpful....also I requested a room with 2 beds and the only thing available was on a smoking floor....which was not my first choice for having kids with me but we didn't have a choice
Had a great stay very sweet staff upgraded us with breakfast etc will return for sure
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up aching. The pillows were very small and not comfortable either.
The pool and rooms were nice. It is a good location to local attractions.
I didn't like the fact that the room service and only on site restaurant was open at certain times and when we first got there they did not have enough staff to keep the bar open during dinner service and only one waitress. Also the last night I was there the ac went out late at night and they brought me a fan. When I told the front desk at check out the lady said "sorry that happened but I slept really good and was cold"????? Nobody offered any compensation for the 75 degree room we stayed in.
We included breakfast with our package. It was at the Jackson Veranda. Walter(a cook) stole the show. He was fabulous in making our omelettes and waffles. He entertained us during our entire wait.
Not a long enough stay..... Had to go home :(
Pool hot tub
I enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet versus continental. 4 pillows on each bed.
for $200, no fride/microwave in room. Guest Self Laundry, but only 1 washer/ 1 dryer for a hotel with 14 floors. I paid almost a 1/3 ($80) of the price for a room at another hotel with in indoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 double beds with microwave/fridge, and free internet. The room was clean, in a nice area close to food and gas. I was very surprised at how nice the room was compared to the Holiday in the nite before. They were identical minus the microwave and fridge offered by Red Roof Inn. The front counter receptionist even called to make sure we were satisfied. Unless they were they only place open/available. I would not stay at another holiday inn for the price I was charged.
Morning Staff was fine.
Night Staff was rude. Room smelled terrible!
The bed was extremely hard, the room smelled of smoke, the a/c didn't work, the floor was nasty. It was extremely over priced for how poor everything was. I would not recommend anyone staying here.
The hotel was really gross and the rooms were uncomfortable. The pool was full of kids screaming and the staff did nothing about it. The bathrooms had MOLD on the ceilings and looked like it needed a good cleaning. The hotel was under construction so I hope they are fixing these problems as well. The construction however was loud, we were in the room right next to the gym and it kept us up after a really long day on the road.....
Close to airport, however we didn't fly into Nashville
Read reviews prior to making reservations. Many were negative regarding cleanliness. Should have listened.
The location was great for us to visit downtown and Opry area easily.
They are in process of remodeling so there are construction things around. Also, our room had this horrible rattling sound all night from the ac duct area. But hopefully this will be addressed in the remodel.
The staff was great the breakfast was good the price for breakfast good
The pool was not good at all it felt cold and dirty the bar by the pool hrs were to short
The staff was excellent and so knowledgeable and friendly
Outdated, overpriced, no complimentary breakfast, no coffee pot
Our second visit ideal for vist to so many historic sites. Buffet breakfast great you could do with telling Holiday Inn in Charleston
I like the idea the hotel was close to where we was going to the rooms was very clean the guy at the front desk aron was very quick checking us in and room services was great
I dint like that our room was at the end of the hall and the pillow could've been more softer. the air condition sound like a lawn mover and the toilet kept running the store down stairs was just too high a bottle coke cost $3.00 omg!!! and they didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the room.
Room was clean
very noisy with balcony facing lobby. Elevators very slow.
The front desk was slow and rooms were late for availableity.
