Convenient to airport

Did not have my car there but there was a breakin on other vehicle

Very new and with a big and comfortable room.

The breakfast option was to go to the restaurant close by and order just one option or 5 dollars for whatever you wish/could. Orange juice was extra priced. The noise of the tv there was very loud and the quality of the food was just ok. This made our breakfast quite uncomfortable.

I liked the design and style of the room......very sharp!

I would have liked a free brkf. for the price of the room..........they did offer coffee in the room and the lobby, but a bowl of cereal would have been nice!

Everything was nice

closeness to the airport, the price, and how modern and updated and clean this hotel was. It had shuttle service...felt safe there.

Was clean and fresh. Restaurant was excellent. Staff very pleasant and knowledgable. Pick up drivers were also very pleasant and helpful.

Very clean. Large shower. Comfortable beds.

Easy access to airport and I-94. Helpful staff. Modern and comfortable rooms. Little noise from air traffic. My bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. I did not use spa, pool, or adjacent restaurant, but all are available for weary and hungry travelers.

There was no complimentary bottled water in the room and no room safe for anyone who might want one.

Good restaurant in the hotel, very good fitness room, the internet connection working perfectly.

It is ridiculous to have a wake up in the middle of the night for fire alarm, to go outside trough the stairs and discover that the alarm was due to a customer smoking in the room.

They had a free shuttle to the airport. I loved the pool and gym also. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Breakfast was not included with the room.

servizio ristorante e bar è moltio scarso, cibo pessimo, lenti a servire. prezzo alto per la tipologia d'hotel.

Durante la mia vacanza ho soggiornato in altri Holiday Inn, ma questo l'ho trovato molto pulito, e le cameriere del ristorante molto molto simpatiche. Il personale al front desk molto professionale.

Location close to dtw airport is convenient. Hotel is clean. Staff were efficient.

Though the price included breakfast, I was charged extra for a glass of orange juice. Also there is basically no choice of breakfast. If you want something different than the set breakfast, you have to pay full price.

The morning breakfast did not include orange juice. I would rather have a cap dollar amount for breakfast. Then I can have a choice.

Room was well appointed and appeared to be newly reburbished. Staff supportive to my complaints of hockey team issues.

Not much, other than staff support for noise in entire hotel for two nights by hockey teams, their parents and coaches. Considerable amount of beer noted to be carried by adults up to rooms while accompanying young team members. Team members appeared to be in the age level of 6th grade (?). Requested a room change, but not given one. No soda vending on floors. Very small area in lobby for purchase of soda, otc medications, etc. Accidentally bought into this hotel while thinking it was another.

There is pity that the hotel locates in an area where airplane flying over frequently, you will hear the noise clearly within rooms.
