    The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay and we also enjoyed the Sporting News Grill. Everyone always greeted us with a smile during our stay. The room was very nice and clean.

    The beds could have been a little more comfortable but all in all not too bad.

    The hotel is new, clean and staff is very friendly and helpful

    Wished the breakfast is free and self service instead having to ask the front desk for coupon and having a sit in type restaurant

    Comfortable rooms/beds.

    Located in the middle of a crossroads. Don't visit this hotel without a car. Their shuttle service is not always operating. Restaurant is the big deception. Poor choice and lousy service for evening meal. Few healthy choices for breakfast.

    I love the room. It was real nice.

    The pool was FREEZING COLD and had too much chlorine in it. This was an indoor pool which was the main reason for coming here. The breakfast was horrible and I paid an extra 25 dollars for this.

    Good restaurant on-site, another right across the parking lot. Clean and spacious room. Good location for driving anywhere in city. Clean and easy to use laundry facilities. Would stay here again.

    Some noise from freeways, on either side of building. Staff did not know how to access phone message. Red light for message blinked for three days we were there.

    Very nice hotel! great beds, very clean, good location, and well-lighted parking lot.

    I was told that I could pay cash for room and when I got there i couldn't. Had to drive around town for a store open that had a Visa card to use to paid for room @ 9:00 to 10:00 @ night and not knowing Houston @ all. I think some exceptions should be made for your customers safety. I was very angry and lost in Houston late at night. And had a lot of people leave because it took a long time to check in even after I had registered a week in advance with credit card. ( I Had forgot my card at home). Employer had trouble communicating with customers.And told no manager was on duty to help.

    Staff were very help full

    Bathroom was dirty when we checked in we foun dirty face cloth hanging on shower rod
