Holiday Inn Baltimore-Inner Harbor    

We stayed the weekend of the Preakness and many college graduations in the area. We were there for a college graduation at 1st Mariner Center, across the street, so it could not have been more convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the overall condition of the hotel very good. Parking was also convenient, safe and fairly priced.

Due to all the events that were taking place that weekend, room prices were increased. I get the logic, but as a guest paying the tab, you can't help but feel they are taking advantage of the situation at the guest's cost.

Pool, sauna and the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Mattress was not comfortable and food was over priced.

Having to pay for Parking. I feel the Hoiday Inn should have FREE reserved parking for persons staying there.

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. But that doesn't make up for the fact that the room was noisy. Worst part didn't realize that this was an issue until bedtime. Nothing like laying out good money for a bad experience!

Noisy HVAC unit and refrigerator. Kept me up all night. This Holiday Inn needs to check each room for quality control to include nightly noise levels. Due to this experience I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again.

I thought the hotel was a little closer to the harbor. We had a 4 year old and a woman in a wheel chair so I didn'tfeel we were in a comfortable walking distance.

My granddaughter loved the pool and work out room. We ate dinner and breakfest their and had the same watress she was very good and attentive

When we left the hotel my 10 ouriousyr old grand daughter left her new book that she had purchesed with her own money at the Aquarium. It was called Courious George goes to the Aquarium. I called the hotel as soon as we got home at 4:30 pm and the front desk stated housekeeping had left for the day but leave a message and they would call back. No return call or anything and it has been a week I feel poor coustomer service, esp. For a child

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were both responsive to my needs and questions as well as proactive, anticipating my needs. Dawn especially was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! Housekeeping staff were very thorough and always left my room very clean.

Mattress in room, while very clean and soft, was obviously very old as it was lumpy. Elliptical in fitness room was also old and made alarming clacking noises during my workout!

The room was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was MUCH better than I expected. Most Hotels only have a small room with a couple of pieces of equipment. You have 3 exercise bikes, 4 treadmills, 3 or 4 elliptical trainers, Several large screen TVs to watch. A nice set of nautilus equipment and an assortment of free weight dumb bells. The exercise room was clean. The indoor pool was nice my son used it and the sauna and liked both.

My bed was a little to soft for my liking, but my sons was firmer than he liked. We wish would have switched beds then I both of us would have slept better.

The employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. If I was looking lost the staff would approach me and ask if they could help. They all appeared upbeat and happy.

The room was good and clean. With facilities inside the room and within the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't included and expensive, given the type of food. Dinners were also rather expensive given the menu. Shuttle to harbor areas would help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Holiday Inn. The location was certainly a plus and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks

Price and location

Poor customer service. Unsafe. Uncomfortable. Security was not seen. Non hotel guests roaming in large groups thru out the building and being aided by employees. So loud and unsafe that I left at 1 am because I could not sleep! A terrible experience.

The room was very comfortable and set up nice. The lounge was a nice feature after a day out and about. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Place was very clean.

We have stayed in many hotels in our life but none had such warm and friendly folk working there from top to bottom. We actually didn't want to leave. We'll be going back at some point in the future and staying there..

Good, clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Baltimore. A better buy then other nearby hotels.
