the staff was friendly and the room comfortablee
Convenient parking, eating and shopping. All around very enjoyable.
Difficult to get a cart for luggage on checkout.
Everything besides pool rules
I didn't like the limit of people who could get in the pool per room! I was giving a hotel party and all the children weren't able to get in the pool because only 6 was allowed
breakfast should be included for free.
room was fine, a little to close top the elevator, really not a issue
breakfast buffet eggs where great, I little expensive for what was offered.
The hotel is 5min walk to the convention center and 10-15 min to the inner harbour. It hosts an indoor pool (open in the morning and afternoon/evening), a sauna and a fitness center. There is also a small grocery store on site. The breakfast is gorgeous with either buffet or menue choice. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom could be a bit larger but the shower/bathtub is reasonably sized. The hotel features a restaurant incl. room service with decent food and good price/quality. A microoven and small tea/coffe maker is available in the room.
The wlan is working badly, depending on the time of the day. The windows cannot be opened. Most likely for safety reasons and most likely this is common in large buidlings.Yet, I appreciate some fresh air from time to time. The airco ven is very loud.
Our rooms were directly across from a rescue center (fire station). Friday night had emergency vehicles leaving around every 10-15 minutes.
Lack of hot water. Had to be relocated to another room having already unpacked and settled. Bed in new room was too soft (due to wear and tear, not by design). Hotel atmosphere was sort of dark and gloomy. I will stay here again.
Bar area was quaint yet intimate. Felt safe to go alone for a middle-age female,Iike myself.
I wanted to extend my stay but it was declined cos others had reservation. Existing occupant should be given more priority than new ones
Staff, cleanliness, bed, bedding, shower, and towels were all very nice. Room looked nice.
WiFi was slow to the point of being useless. HVAC made an abnormal and very irritating sound, and buttons were not very responsive. TV remote buttons barely worked requiring heavy force and multiple presses. No vent fan control in bathroom.
Staff was friendly, helpful and curteous.
General facilities and rooms a bit run-down and shabby. Rooms are VERY dark, and furniture and bedding looks old and a bit dirty. Our room had a very strong, unnatural odor that would not go away.
Location is good
I was kept awake on Saturday night until 3.30am with a noisey party next to my room. Management did not interveen to ask the people involved to be quiet.
The swimming pool and the restauranat. The restaurant staff went out of their way to help us--very friendly. All staff from Front Desk to Cleaning friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Only problem is parking--use to having free parking back home in Wisconsin.
The staff at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to work with.
The air conditioning unit was awful in our room and did not work at all. It was a constant 75 degrees no matter what we had it set to. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep and get ready in.
The bed was very comfortable. Shower had great hot water. Staff were attentive and pleasant.
Very dated and needs upgrading. Rooms near lifts get a lot of noise. Foyer needs upgrading.
I would have liked shuttle arrangements especially in the evenings
Great location close to downtown. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wonderful and fast room service! I will definitely come again.
The parking garage was hard to navigate with low ceilings. My SUV scraped and banged against the low-hanging structures going in and coming out.
The accommodations were very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable and the choice of pillows was a bonus. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful
From previous reviews we expected the traffic noise since we were on the third floor. However, the walls are paper thin and the noise from neighboring rooms and in the hallways kept us up most of the night. Had a few issues with the TV and the coffee maker but they were quickly resolved.
Close to all eateries and stadium. Very very comfortable bedding. Just wish the parking wasn't so expensive as well as hotel restaurant. Otherwise great stay.
Located perfectly for convention ctr and all waterfront areas. Great facilities and nice amenities like laundry and nice fitness center.
Nothing to complain about.
The service was spectacular, the staff Very accomodating, and the room was clean and comfotable. I had no complaints at all while I Stayed there. At check-in Honey Bun (Shy'Dawn) was the best made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Holiday for helping me have a special birthday celebration.
I liked everything.
Price was great, hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, staff was professional, pleasant and helpful.
