Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown is a Kansas City hotel near the Sprint Center.
Score from 112 reviews Very good
Entrance to hotel a nightmare...
Only blocks from Sprint Center -
Rooms weren't ready, had a hour wait, but other than that enjoyed our stay.
Location is great, really nice rooms, service was good.
Very close tho Power and Light, Sprint Center!
bed was very comfortable. our room was very clean
Downtown location. Friends stayed here a few months prior, and also suggested it after we already booked the room.
Classy updated decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels didn't need to call and ask for anything. Definitely will stay again and again. Husband said he liked it better than the Chateau Avalon were we stayed the previous Valentine's Day.
Loved our stay at the Aladdin. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily walk to our destinations. The Sprint Center, Power & Light District, and Battle Hall were just mere steps away from the hotel. Very comfortable and clean accommodations with a very swanky and cool atmosphere. Loved it!!
cant think of a thing
Parking was challenging/expensive. Hotel did their best to help.
People were great. Hlepful and friendly.
The bartender in the Martini Lounge was more interested in the TV than in serving or even at times acknowledging his customers. We felt he was sometimes rude and not personable at all. He complained more than once that he was the only person there that night.
Bed was extremely comfortable and our room was clean. The front desk people were nice and efficient.
Bathroom wasn't as nice as other locations with similar price range
The price is too high. However, it's not an hotel's fault. Every hotel in downtown KC is overpriced in my opinion. Other than that, the room is quite small. Lack of space was the biggest problem.t
Very close to the bus stop, safe location. I was lucky to have my room on the highest floor of the building. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. I barely could wake up and leave my room. Could rest in the bed all day long. The shower has quick hot water. I didn't bother waiting for hot water.
We had a great time! For us "mature" couples tho....you want to get to the P&L district earlier rather than later. Starts getting crowded with the "young'uns" after 8... and my husband paid $12.75 for a shot of Petron at one establishment so be ready for those kind of prices...
Proximity to power and light district. Complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. Very friendly staff. We did not use the showers so we cant comment on that.
Friendly staff, best hotel shower I've ever had
Small bathroom. It was a little expensive. 150 one night and 180 the other. Fri and Sat. Not a lot of food or snacks available complimentary like other places.
Champagne they served on entering. Comfy bed. Close to P and L.
Nice update of a classic downtown venue.
Ice machine availablity lacking
The building, the decor, the comfortable room (615, a bit small but very charming), sparkling clean everywhere, very warm and helpful staff, lovely balcony bar and lovely restaurant, great location near Power and Light.
Double shower was misleading. Two shower heads right under each other, not on opposite walls in shower like expected. Valet parking only.
The location was very convenient. Beautiful lobby. Staff was very helpful.
staff were a amazing, took me 2 minutes to check in and I had been given a complimentary champagne. nice views from the room too. nice breakfast in the morning and the lady also helped with finding the tourist attractions in the local area. I especially would like to say massive thanks to the check in lady called marla who was kind and very nice, keep up the good work marla. you made it a great place for me to spend the night at. highly recommend this hotel.
- no refrigerator - view from the window (no view...)
- localisation - touch of history - large enough rooms
Spring sticking out of mattress Noise in ventilation system Vending machines only on main floor No pool
The modern colors and feel Two different types of pillows on bed Parking garage across the street Access underground from parking garage Location
