We had a 3 queen bed room in one of the newer buildings. The room was definitely no frills but it had everything we needed (microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, sink, table) and was extremely clean. I liked the location it felt like a safe area. Definitely a great value. We were there for eclipse weekend so I chose it because we couldn’t afford anything overlooking the falls for that weekend but I was so pleased with this hotel I will definitely stay here in the future.
Very nice town. We were there for a hockey tournament, but were able to visit the Falls and also the Canal. Beautiful area in the Fall with all the amenities you need for a great trip . Lots of fun things to do . Would love to come back again some day .

One of the best places we've stayed in years.
One of the best places we've stayed in years. I have never been in a hotel that was as clean as this one, even before Covid. Not a speck of dust or anything anywhere. Grounds are beautiful with pretty hanging flower baskets at every door. small gazebos around the grounds as well. Restaurants close by and distance to Niagra is 35 minutes. Cannot say enough wonderful things!!

Lockport is a very quaint place to be.
Lockport is a very quaint place to be. I thoroughly enjoyed the Canal Cruise, and the Lockport Cave Underground tour. The hotel we stayed at was not far from these two spots. Also, although we did not go there, Lockport is only a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. I would go back there again.

liked seeing the improvements in my old home town. wide waters area just beautiful, Reid's is still great, Lake Effect ice cream awesome, Lock 34 has great service and nice amenities. only bad thing was that there is no place to rent a bicycle, it would have been nice to see the town by bike.

this hotel is ok if its a last resort.
this hotel is ok if its a last resort. It is clean for the most part, but carpets are disgusting, pillows are horrible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Noisy if you are on the first floor, can hear every noise from rooms above. many different shady characters walking about and around the building outside....
From the very first encounter, till the very end, the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The inn was so clean and fresh. The rooms cute and simple with a fresh 80's vibe. The grounds were well kept with little sculptures, flowers, fruits, and shrubs. We upgraded our 2nd night to the Jacuzzi suite. Best decision! The jacuzzi was hot and powerful after a long drive. The shower was also nice and had a strong flow that is often lacking at other hotels. We will be visiting again with friends.
We were happy with the accommodations. Because we had two double beds, our room was a bit crowded. However, we had everything we needed, extra towels, a coffee maker with coffee, etc., fridge mw, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, tv, DVD player alarm clock. The owners were very friendly and willing to accommodate us in any way they could. My husband said the mattress he slept on was very comfortable. We came to Lockport for our granddaughter's wedding.
We were visiting family in Gasport / Lockport, so the location was ideal. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Staying here felt like a very authentic American experience. The room was large and very quiet. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Lots of free parking outside the room. The hotel is close enough to walk to and along the Erie Canal, though there didn't seem to be many people walking!
The quiet, quaint feel. It was perfect. The rod iron all around the property, the adorable set up, it was quiet and just adorable. We booked this hotel to save money compared to the other hotel everyone else traveling with us we’re staying at, with very low expectations, and we are so glad we did. We will definitely be back next year!
Breakfast was not as good as at Hampton Inns.
Staff was very good especially my room Housekeeper Lourdes who made up my room while I was at a funeral It was so nice to come back to everything restocked and ready that night.
The front desk staff was very accomodating as well.
Location was very good, very close to super markets like Aldi, Walmart etc. Walkable distance to KFC, Walmart, Aldi etc.
We booked this place for our Niagara falls visit, about 30 min drive from the Hotel to Niagara falls, good value for money.
Location was perfect for us. Room was clean, great size, comfortable. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion supplied. Plenty of coffee, tea and cups. One of the best hotels I've stayed at, with pleasant staff.
The breakfast was ok. The make your waffles were good. There were no toast or muffin options, which I found unusual for a hotel breakfast. Yogurt was offered but no low calorie/sugar free options were available.
We like everything about the Lockport Inn. This is a family owned facility and whenever we visit Lockport we will always stay here. The owners and his family are some of the nicest people we've ever met.
The hotel was perfectly design for vacation and business . The room was big and extremely convincent. The hotel serroundings, the public areas and the room was extremely clean !!!!
Breakfast selection quite poor, wafles and few smal things, but at least some fruits. Bed was unconfortable, hard, squicky. Location OK, price too high for such hotel.
This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff working there are really nice.
We didn't use the pool, so we can't really comment on that.
