It was close to the airport. Found a bee in the room and it was advertised as breakfast included when the breakfast was really $15 for continental!

View of LB airport, panoramic view over LB, LA and hills from restaurant Proximity to I 405, not enough sound insulation, the road is never quiet. Rooms on small side for proper HI, but maybe thats the LA effect

It was a nice room, and the staff was great. The hallways, outside our room as we went to the elevator as steaming hot. No air conditioning. It was uncomfortable, especially because one of the elevators were out of order and the wait for it was long.

It was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Location was ok and kind of close to where we needed. The manager was accommodating after we contacted corporate office about room mix up. Staff was pretty helpful (other than the complaint below) We were put into a regular dbl room even though we booked a 2 qn bed room with sofa sleeper. After questioning it we were informed they offered No such room. After making a call to corporate office we were contacted by manager who offered us the suite -the 2bed for same price. (which was nice). But after going to check out we were charged almost $200 more than we're told credit card would be charged. :-/

The restaurant/lounge included a beautiful view and good food. While my stay was very short, the staff at the facility made me feel at home. The staff transported me to my event early in the morning in the Holiday Inn van. They were very supportive of my work.

Resturant in penthouse was wonderful. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and friendly. The balcony was small, more like a catwalk.

Proper rooms. Decent breakfast. My rooms was noisy on warm days (road and airport when window is open, airco fan is on inside thus noisy). No safe in my room (6th floor, airport side).
