The accessisibility with the public transport and its location
Location to activities. Downtown Long Beach
no wi-fi unless you paid extra. no contential breakfast.
I just wished they put us on a room that has a nicer view, not the back view which is the trash cans.
Big room, helpful staff
Breakfast is a nightmare. There is no buffet, you have to wait in the queue sometimes up to 15-20 minutes to give your order to the one only person that works there...
It was dirty
the management attention to the complaint
the entire experience
We had the cruise package which included shuttle to and from the hotel and car storage while we were cruising. Breakfast was very good and great choices.
I love the restaurant. My bathroom was very clean and the front desk was excellent.
No continental breakfast, I didn't get the room I booked(King bed) on Booking.com. They gave us two double bed room instead. Wi-Fi didn't work all that great, had a hard time connecting. Bathroom needs updating(toilet, tub, shower, etc...). Location of Hotel in area you don't want to drive or walk around after dark.
Staff was attentive and friendly
Shower was hard to turn on and off. Air conditioning was too loud. The price was too high for the room accommodations.
The hotel was nice and comfortable. the room was nice, clean and quite. Also the window had a cute little nook. With the exception of the original front desk person, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had requested early check-in and when I arrived to check in, the front desk person (gentle man with dark hair, Sat Oct 25th, about 12:30PM) didn't even look up my reservation before telling me I couldn't check in before 3PM. I've stayed at several Holiday Inns and never had an issue checking in early if there were rooms available. Additionally, for the cost I think I should have been several blocks closer to the beach.
Asked for an extension cord was told they'll bring one but did not
Exactly as they are in the uk. You know what you're paying for. Large rooms, big beds, clean and tidy. Extremely helpful staff.
The a/c was extremely noisy, left the windows open only to be woken by a dog barking. When you closed the windows you'd be kept awake by the noise of the a/c!
Nice facility, great staff
Air conditioners loud.
The staff was excellent! very friendly, customer service oriented. Café and front desk area very nice and very helpful employees.
The room was dirty looking. There was a dirty cup on the side of my bed, a dirty towel by the window sill (presumably from the last guest). Rug looked dirty. The bedskirt had stains and looked like it had never been laundered. The furniture looked so beat up and needs to be thrown away.
The staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. They went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable, from delivering the restaurant food to our room to bringing us extra toiletries
The location is a little shady--it's not the kind of neighborhood that you'd feel comfortable walking around at night
Everything was perfect except they won't take cash.
No cash payment
The staff was great.. They had a shuttle to drop off and pick us up..the driver was awesome..
Everything was fine room-wise. And they even had HBO on the TV. So that was nice.
1) The room I booked was advertised as a double room. I took this to mean it was a suite. Wrong! It means it is a room with two queen beds. That's what most hotels call a room with two queen beds... 2) It's not in the nest neighborhood and they charge you ten bucks to park in the underground garage. I have NEVER paid for parking at a hotel before, and I've stayed at many. True, it's just ten bucks, but its the principle of it, you know?
I liked everything very confortable place
Only get coffee or juice staff just don't seem to get it when you say no potatoes etc just a waste of good food
Easy access/travel to several functions I attended Quiet room
The entrance hall, excess to computer, room and food sevice
The pillos on the bed too soft
The wifi signal was so poor in my room that I had to contact tech support and eventually I had to go to a McDonalds so I could access my company email and our VPN Network. The toilet in my room kept clouging so I had to go down to the lobby in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
very clean, bed was comfortable
toilet backed up, room was next to the elevator and was noisy.
