The cost per night for parkiyoua car was over priced to the point of couching the patrons of the hotel even if they're staying in the hotel...
The staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. The room was spacious and location to the Staples Center is wonderful. We can't wait to stay here in August when we see Taylor Swift.
Liked the bathroom, bed, upstairs bar, and the location from the Staples Center.
We were charged on our credit card 2 days before we arrived, and it was $50 more than we were advised we would pay. They didn't even notify us that this would happen. Our total stay for 1 night ended up costing $520AUD and it was supposed to cost $385. The front desk advised we would get reimbursed for some of the charges which still hasn't happened. We have written an email regarding this and still haven't had a reply. We have stayed in much better places for less than half the price of this room. Don't let the location or pictures fool you. It's a rip off.
I love the location to the Staples Center. Closer then I expected.
Even though valet is very convienant I would have liked the choice to park my own vehicle. So what I saved in not paying for a cab I paid in valet fees :/
Nicely updated, excellent location. The restaurant staff was excellent during breakfast and the food was delicious.
The mini Keurig in our room had a thick layer of green mold when I opened the water resivor to make coffee in the morning.
Location Restaurant Cleanliness
We book a double queen bed room but got a single queen bed room with an extra mobile bed.
The location was good. Bell guy, he was really helpful.
The lobby was ugly and small. It was the main problem of the hotel. The rooms very dark and a bad smell in the rooms. The image of the hotel in booking.com is not related to the hotel at all and it's showing a place in down town LA. I think you would have many better options in LA to stay in. The reception guy did not have information about the city and nearby restaurant. Sometime she suggested me a place for breakfast and it was closed when I got there. There is no business center in the hotel and you can not print something if you wanna print.
Great room - and bath. Great location.
Too much security - card for elevator and room. Even locked the fridge so that if you moved something you bought it. But the fridge could not be used by the guest. So security conscious that the valet staff would not give us the car even when we showed them the ticket...just off putting.
Nice amenities Great Decor Awesome location across from LA Live and Staples Center
$40 parking per night per car :-( Restaurant was closed on a Sunday night.
We were there for a Lakers game so the location was excellent. We were walking distance of the Staples center and LA Live.
The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only a mini bar refrigerator and no microwave so our leftovers went to waste.
Pet friendly and directly across from Staple Centre! Great restaurants in walking distance! Rooms were large and really nice!
Perfect location, the friendliest staff, and very modern accommodations! I would definitely stay here again.
Rooms are big ..staff are fantastic , location in the downtown area near shopping , LA Live & the Staple Centre is excellent !
How easy it was to pop in and out of the hotel, but, at the same, how safe it felt
Your listing showed that our hotel had a roof-top pool which our kids were very excited about, but the pool had been turned into a bar
They are so nice and friendly to my dog~
The hotel was in a good position of Downtown.Do not stay in another neighboor except figueroa street.
Parking was very expensive for the quest of the hotel.
First. The staff. Greeted us with smiles and offers to help. The room was awesome! Great view of Nokia/Staples center. Room was big! Really cool shower head.
The pillows were too large. We all work with a stiff neck. The toilet was making noise. The bed frame stuck out too far. Banged our leg in the middle of the night.
We wanted a place close the the Staple Center and this was close. The facility was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous.
The heater was too loud and in the morning (0800)there was the trash truck which the backup beeper sounded off multiple times.
Parking with daily fee of $ 40 plus tax. Loud music noise due nightclub next the hotel. Far from the main sights.
Perfect location, close to lots of dining & night life. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Disappointed there was no bath tub.
Internet Expensive Parking
The location is right in the center of Los Angeles downtown, walking distance to the L. A. Live and many restaurants.
The blanket is smelly. The floor in our room is not very clean.
The hotel is right across the street from the Staples Center. Stayed here to attend a Laker Game with my boyfriend. It is very walkable to restaurants, bars, etc. The bar at the hotel was nice, friendly service and late night food.
The parking fee of $40 a day is outrageous. I would suggest paying $10 in a different parking lot close to the hotel.
There is no microwave
