Big comfortable room

Very little shopping around the Hotel

Room was lovely, comfortable, and sufficiently quiet for being next to LAX.

Restaurant was lackluster. No other restaurants nearby.

There were some problems with their technology. I could not check in for my flight at the lobby kiosk or set a wake up call from the phone.

Close to the airport

The loud Indian wedding, which forced is to change room. The elevator cable/mechanics, which woke us up at 6am and did not let allow to fall back to sleep (room 707) again

Good location, spacious rooms, nice lobby and restaurant

Bathtub was peeling, loud popping from next door

The staff was extraordinary. Providing with unexpected services that were wonderful. The breakfast wait staff really goes above and beyond the call of duty.

We were provided a bell cart to take our luggage to our room. It would have been nice if bell staff had gone with us so we didn't have to take the trolley back down.

Good hotel if you need one near the airport

The rooms are a little bit "old style". Restaurant can be better.

My overnight stay was memorable thanks to the helpful person Jo at your front desk. He was a very delightful person and he helped me get something printed off that I needed for my ongoing journey to St Louis. Please pass on my gratitude to him for his friendliness and helpfullness. I was only there for one night so cannot think of anything. Perhaps the lack of anywhere to eat outside of the hotel that seemed safe to walk to and appealing. I think MacDonalds was the only option apart from the hotel restaurant that seemed like more of a bar.

Close to airport for an overnight stay. Complimentary airport shuttle

No 24 hr room service. We arrived at 11pm and there was no food available.

The feeling is old "need renovation" hotel

Close to the Airport and has a nice bar to relax.

The rooms were very nice.

Well.... First off I woke up to people protesting about the hotel at 6 am my first day there which was not nice since I had a long day of meetings with clients, Second Off no one did anything about it, they just let these people yell in megafones from 6 am and it was still going on when I left at 10am. That is ridiculous, I always stay at the Holiday Inn locations accross the country when I travel for work and this just put a very bad taste in my mouth. I did not ask to be compensated for the inconvenience but it would be nice. I enjoy your other locations but I will not use this location again and since I travel to Los Angeles a lot for work I will unfortunately have to look elsewhere for my next trip.

Convineint location

I did not like the note put under my door about bed bugs even though I didn't experience any problem of that nature. Staff did not answer my repeated calls to the desk to arrange a wake up call. Not very professional

Shuttle to airport. Comfortable pleasent hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was big.

Nice and big rooms, perfect location for LAX. Internet speed.

Parking very expensive (15$)

La ubicación, nada cerca además del aeropuerto.

위치도 좋고, 가격도 좋고, 시설도 좋았습니다.

호텔 잘못은 아니나, 아침에 외부에서 소음이 너무 컸고, 두툼한 커튼이 양쪽 일부만 가리게 되어 있어서 밝아 숙면에 방해가 되었습니다.
