Location Rooms were too small. Terrible price/value. Poor emenities. Not very clean. Would not recommend to others.

The staff was one of the best I have encountered. Very customer oriented,friendly and looked you in the eye with a smile when they spoke to you. Well, the subway under the building was a bit of a distraction, but you became use to it after a bit. I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey, very tasty, but pricey. The gentleman stocking the bar(spirits) needs to expand to Crown Royal and a few others. Just my opinion...(ha ha)

It is conveniently located at the end of Soho on the border with Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff is friendly and helpful I booked a double room with two beds. Just in case, I sent an e-mail through Booking.com asking for separate beds. Despite that, I found only one bed and the hotel added an extra bed, but only for an additional fee

Front desk service was very helpful. We were first timers to the city and they made great recommendations and were helpful when it came to giving us directions. We were told this location was close to Time Square (over the phone) and it is anything but. Also we would have liked the breakfast to be included in the morning. For what we paid, we feel you could have spared a coffee and a bagel.

The location .... The heating system was so loud !!!!! that we had to turn it off during the night ..... and it was 20 degrees outside so in the morning it was also freezing in the room and we had to put it back and stay in bed for a while before being able to walk around .......they should thing of a more sensible system !!!!..... And the mistake on the invoice at the end , it was a prepaid stay and they ended up charging us $180.00 more , I had to spend a long time on the phone with you and them to have it rectified ... btw .congratulation on the efficienty of the Booking.com agent who helped me throught that !!!!!!

The location of the hotel. There was an issue with my final billing (overcharged) for the room which was resolved by booking.com (thank you!) but the hotel was not very helpful with the issue. They basically just told me that I was wrong and that I misunderstood a very clearly written email confirming my booking.

Our second stay and once again the concierge/bellman staff was absolutely outstanding. They made our stay much more relaxed and easy even though we were seriously time crunched. All was fine.

Location. Clean rooms, good tv, iPad dock. Excellent concierge service downstairs. Charged an extra $20/night for the third person, even though the room was sold as "max 4 persons". Heater had to be shut down for the night because of the noise.

Great location, friendly staff. My room heater cycled on and off every 5 minutes, so I had to turn it off to get any sleep.

Great Location for downtown shopping, room was clean & comfortable, and free wifi. Breakfast was basic, but what considering cost you can't complain, but I would go out and find a diner next time. Hard to get taxi, factor extra time if in a hurry

All of the responses to questions above I don't like the fact that I am refused points by hotels that I have rewards programs and I book stays thru Booking.com with. I am told it is because I book the rooms thru 3rd party entities.

Service. Tv reception and channels selection. Over charge for room. The hotel kept changing its room charge every day regardless of the promessed cost at time of reservation. A real rip off

The room was really nice and modern. The location is great (is in between Soho and China town) and very near to the subway. The staff was really friendly. Complimentary internet service. Rooms are noisy (noise from the street). Shades don´t cover the full window, so it´s not possible to really have a dark room. Internet did not always work.

Dass wir gratis ein drittes Bett erhalten haben, da wir zu dritt waren. Dass auf Booking.com geschrieben war: Junior Suite mit 2 Doppelbetten und einem Klapp-Sofa, was dann jedoch nicht vorhanden war.

房间大,两个double beds,可以带12岁以下孩子一起。有早餐,酸奶好吃,走到downtown步行15〜20分钟。会坐公- 共汽车朋友很方便。 周边用餐不方便,中国人入住Chinatown比较好,吃的方便。

Die Lage ist super, aber es gibt alternativen in der selben Lage und Kategorie, mit einem besseren Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die U-Bahn rumpelt unter dem Hotel durch und selbst im neunten Stock hat noch alles vibriert - und dies alle 30 Sekunden!
