The staff was excellent!!! Jason at the front desk went above and beyond to make my trip an awesome experience!!! I would study here again and highly recommend to others!!! :-)

The location was handy to reach San Diego proper and yet not be in the middle of the city.

The cleaning staff came into the suite, made the beds and nothing else. They did not replace towels or amenities, pick up the trash, etc. They simply made the beds. The shower had mold on the tile grout. The most disappointing part of the stay was the cleaning staff.

Check in & out process was easy, free parking, decent size rooms (stayed in Junior Suite, good facilities (made use of laundry, pool, hot tub, fitness, onsite restaurant & bar). Location is close to beach & Sea World

The chk in line a lil too long. Only I girl to ck in all the guest waiting. My wifi did not connect properly for awhile. The sheets we not very comfortable . Vending machine only accepted dollars.

After they got everything figured out they stay was ok.

When we got in the first night we checked in and got to our room and to our surprise was not the correct one. We had booked a family suite and walked into a two double room. We were never informed that we were not getting out room. I called to the front and the person working the desk said that the suites were all occupied and that we woul have proper room in the morning when we woke up. I was upset because we were never even warned about this during check in. We booked the family suite because we have a toddler and did not want him sleeping on such a high bed. The bathroom drain was disgusting an literally rinse him off at night so quick because I did not want him to touch anything in there. We called the following morning and still no room we had plans that day and could not wait around they said they would have the manager call and they would move out bags. We went and did what we had planned and the manager did call us got to our room that night and it was nice but the outlets in the bathroom sink area did not work we no longer had wifi because they said we were to far out and our room phone did not work as well. By than I was just happy we for the room and was tired of dealing with everything by than and just left it alone.

Stain with blood sheets the first night ruined the whole stay for me.

The staff is efficient and friendly---on top of their job. The location is good for all of the major attractions.

The lack of elaboration about the connection to the cafe. In other words, it would be beneficial to have incentives for the on-site cafe...coupons or reduced pricing on drinks, etc., and additional competitive pricing advertisements on the various Websites.

I liked the comfort of the room and bunk beds were great for my grandkids. The gentleman that checked us in was great he was super nice. He also took us too seaworld I wish I would have gotten his name.

I didnt' like the room service. We waited 2 hrs for our food and when we got it, it was cold. Very disappointed with room service. I also didnt' like that the shuttle couldn't take us to the train station.

The room was very nice very clean. The pool area nice. Just a very nice place to stay. Would stay there again

Parking!

The actual hotel was nothing like the picture of description on website. It's located in a scary area and its dark. The parking lot was dirty an entrance are. We were greeted by guys in a car asking if they could follow us up to the room. Staff was willing to walk us to our room but my girls were so scared we opted to make the drive back home and just left. It's for sure not for families without their husbands.

Booking.com promised a room type that we didn't receive and the hotel said it wasn't their responsibility to make us happy.

no internet service down every day, rooms were in poor condition, loud drunken parties had to call security many times in middle of night do to noise.

The price for my 2 night stay was great

From the pictures I viewed online my expectations were very high for this hotel, needless to say my expectations were not met at all

Good location for our travels. Some highway noise was the only downside.

We had the family suite. It included bunk beds which my kids definitely liked & enjoyed. We went on a budget so the microwave & fridge were a big help.

The inconsistency of information provided. Everyone had different pricing on the "extras". Also, the room could have used some updating but I guess that you get what you pay for.

Our toilet broke on night number two. An hour and a half and two phone calls later it was finally remedied. The second phone call the operator told me I hadn't called about getting the toilet fixed already, that was thirty minutes after the first phone call. I had my four children with me. I had to set one on the trash can because he couldn't hold it any longer. I was very unimpressed.

The facility was beautiful.

First day personal linens were and never returned. Had to call multiple times for towels when they were also taken when the room was cleaned the first day. Room was only cleaned the first day then never cleaned again. We were there for five nights. Service was poor.
